AccordingtotherevisionsoftheLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonSports,theadministrativelicensingitemof44pemitforholdinghigh-risksportsgamesandactivities,isaddedtobeinthechargeoftheGeneralAdministrationofSportofChinaandimplementedbysportsdepartmentsalthecountylevel,thedistrictedcitylevel,andtheprovinciallevel;andthe“examinationandapprovaloftemporaryoccupationofpublicsportsfacilitiesinthechargeoftheGeneralAdministrationofSportofChinaisreplacedwithexaminationandapprovaloftemporaryoccupationofpublicsportsvenuesandfacilities,andtheGeneralAdministrationofSportofChinaisaddedasoneoftheimplementationauthorities.四、根据新出台的中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法，中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法已经废 止，取消生态环境部主管的“防治污染设施拆除或闲置审 批”中的“防治噪声污染设施拆除或闲置审批”，修改为“拆除或闲置海洋工程环境保护设施审批”。IV.
