本工程为平阳景苑C地块1#、2#楼，位于长风街与平阳路交叉口的西北角。基础筏板长117.2米，宽106.7米，厚度分别为1.1米、2.95米。该筏板施工时分为五块，截面尺寸及厚度分别为117.211.61.1m；9.651.61.1m；117.226.71.1m；58.151.62.95m；48.351.62.95m。1#楼东、西两侧地块基础厚度为2.95m，而且在基础筏板中部，电梯基坑深3.55m，使局部混凝土的厚度达到6.5m，所以保证如此超厚大基础筏板大体积混凝土施工质量成为我公司的首要任务。,Silverlight 本工程基础筏板混凝土强度等级C45，抗渗等级P8，并掺加WPA纤维抗裂膨胀剂。在基础施工中技术难点多，施工工艺复杂；质量控制及技术安全及其重要。在工期紧、任务重的前提下，确保混凝土的施工质量，减少关键工序的施工时间成为工作的重中之重，大体积混凝土在水化过程中会产生大量的水化热，且热量不易散发，当内外温差过大时，容易使混凝土产生温度应力裂缝，破坏混凝土结构。因此必须采用科学合理的施工方法控制混凝土的内外温差，保证基础施工质量，保证工期。,2、社会影响大 本工程大体积混凝土施工用混凝土量大，在施工段内泵送混凝土时不能间歇，我们在确定商品混凝土供应商前就进行大量的排查工作，并进行了招投标工作，要求混凝土泵车为新购车型，并保证四台以上，能够满足施工要求。结论：混凝土泵车为新购车型，混凝土泵车选用不合理不是主要原因。确认五：振捣棒选用不合理 Express(Divx)Player plug-in,Windows Media Player etc.,确认七：商品混凝土性能达不到现场技术要求 根据商品混凝土的质量控制要点，我们不定期对商品混凝土搅拌站进行抽查，共抽查3次，结果发现1次外加剂投料不准确，不符合商品混凝土配合比的要求。结论：由于投料不准确，使商品混凝土性能达不到现场技术要求是主要原因。确认八：测温频次不够 确认方法：现场对测温方案进行检查，在大体积混凝土施工方案中详细说明了测温记录要求：要求配备专职测温人员，按三班考虑，对测温人员进行培训及安全交底。测温人员要认真负责，按时按孔测温，不得遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录要填写清楚、整洁，换班时进行交接。测温工作应连续进行，温度上升阶段，每2h测一次，温度下降阶段每4h测一次，5d后8h测一次；同时应测大气温度。所有测温孔均应编号，进行混凝土内部不同深度和表面温度的测量。结论：测温频次不够不是主要原因。,Silverlight 确认方法：现场对温度计进行试验，发现所有温度计均能准确测100内的温度，并对已施工的项目部进行走访，用同一种温度计，可以满足测量要求。结论：测温仪器精度不够不是主要原因。确认十：混凝土养护方法不当 确认方法：为能使混凝土内部与外表面、外表面与大气温度差控制在25以内，我们对现场施工方案进行检查，方案切实可行，经监理进行审批，并配有详细的图解，保证方案合理，实施性强。结论：降温方案不完善不是主要原因。确认十二：降温控制施工工艺不到位 按照钢筋混凝土施工质量验收规范，物资和试验人员对每批进场的原材料进行抽样检验，做到未经检验验收的材料、半成品、成品不进场、不使用、不出场。所有投料均有记录，混凝土由混凝土搅拌站统一配送，所有进场的混凝土均持有出厂合格证，合格证上要求清晰标出水泥、砂、外回剂、掺合料等原材料的规格。并要求有检验编号。,商品混凝土出厂合格证,实施二：混凝土养护 降温管的布设方法为：水平间距1500mm，基础中布设两层，上下两层之间的距离为1000mm，距离基础底面为1000mm，每道降温管均设置立管伸出混凝土面200mm。考虑降温的实效性，保持降温管内水温最低，管道直进直出，不设弯管再行循回。电梯井基坑6.5米厚底板加设两层降温管。如下图示:,Silverlight is a cross-browser,cross-platform etc.,布设降温管时，先将钢筋支撑马凳按照钢筋支撑方案布设好，将下层降温管绑扎或点焊到钢筋支撑马凳的立柱上；然后绑扎中层钢筋；绑扎完成后布设上层降温管；布设完成后再绑扎上层钢筋。降温管的布设方向如下：降温管南北方向布设；水北进南出，进水口及出水口的位置设于后浇带及加强带部位。冷却水使用降水井抽出来的井水，在进水口及出水口之处各放一个水箱，井水抽出来后放到进水口的水箱内，由2台出口直径4英寸离心水泵压到降温管内。从降温管出来的水流进出水口的水箱后，由出口直径6英寸离心水泵排至基坑周围的排水沟内。,降温管布置,Silverlight etc.,3、测温和记录（1）底板混凝土浇筑时，应设专人配合预埋测温管。测温管采用20薄壁钢管，高度高出底板300mm，管的下端要堵严，防止渗进水。测温管应按测温平面布置图进行预埋，预埋时预埋管应与钢筋绑扎牢固，以免位移或损坏。测温管的上口应用棉丝塞好，防止溅进水泥浆，测温管位置应插标志旗，便于保温后查找。,测温管埋设,（2）配备专职测温人员，按三班考虑，对测温人员进行培训及安全交底。测温人员认真负责，按时按孔测温，不遗漏或弄虚作假。测温记录要填写清楚、整洁，换班时进行交接。,（3）测温工作应连续进行，温度上升阶段，每2h测一次，温度下降阶段每4h测一次，5d后8h测一次；同时应测大气温度。所有测温孔均应编号，进行混凝土内部不同深度和表面温度的测量。,十、效果检查（一）现场实测：通过我们QC小组成员的共同努力，现场混凝土温度实测实量，混凝土内部温度与表面温度、以及表面温度与环境温度之差均不超过25，解决了大体积混凝土内外温差难于控制的难题。,制图人：陈强 制图时间：,（二）经济效益：通过QC小组的攻关，我们消除了以往在工程中采用蓄水法施工的时占用关键线路工期的难点，为下一工序的施工及早创造工作面，缩短工期，针对2012年底工作完成量来说，减少了冬施费用，取得了良好的经济效益。,（三）社会效益：通过QC小组活动，使项目部人员得到了一个很好的学习锻炼机会，提高了工作积极性和责任心，同时工程质量得到了主管部门、业主、监理单位的好评，并对我们的工作给予了充分的肯定。,对该成果，我们已对相关数据进行整理，上报公司技术部，将成果与大家共享，形成公司内部施工工艺标准，纳入公司在公司内部推广应用。,十一、巩固措施,Silverlight
