施工图深化设计要求标准施工图深化设计要求标准施工设计提交成果DeliverablesofConstructionDrawings灯光照明Lighting对于灯光照明专业施工图设计深度标准及技术深度文件现规定如下:Thedesigndepthandtechnicalscopeofspeciallightingworkingdrawingarespecifiedasfollows:一.各区域,各房间的照度计算书及灯具选型、灯位布置;IIlluminationcalculationsheetandtypeselectionandpositioningoflightseachinroominallareas;二照明限制系统中所采纳设备的说明书;口.Instructionsofequipmentusedinthelightingcontrolsystem;三灯具资料表(用EXCEL表格做出,格式如下,第一行内容为示范);III.Datasheetoflighting(inEXCEL,withtheformatasfollows;contentsinthefirstrowarefilledinasanexample);1/792/79四.对施工图纸的要求如下:IV.RequirementsforConstructionDrawings用于设计方案阶段的一套完整的图纸至少应包括封面、图纸书目、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图。Acompletesetofdrawingsusedinthedesignstageshallatleastincludethecover,drawingcontent,engineeringdesigninstructionsandgraphicsymbols,listofequipmentandmaterials,systemdiagram,andplanview.用于施工阶段的图纸至少应包括封面、图纸书目、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图及设备的安装大样图。Acompletesetofdrawingsusedintheconstructionstageshallatleastincludethecover,drawingcontent,engineeringdesigninstructionsandgraphicsymbols,listofequipmentandmaterials,systemdiagram,planview,andthedetaildrawingofequipmentinstallation.照明专业图纸范围如下:Scopeofdrawingsforlightingisasfollows:必需包括封面、图纸书目、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图、机房设备布置图、安装大样图。安装详图依据项目状况,应由设计师依据项目的可实现性和各专业分项工程的协作确定绘图深度,设计出满意项目需求的可实施的拓展性安装详图。Itshallincludethecoversheet,drawingcontent,engineeringdesigninstructionsandgraphicsymbols,listofequipmentandmaterials,systemdiagram,planview,layoutofequipmentinequipmentroom,anddetaildrawingofequipmentinstallation.FeasibleandextendabledetaildrawingforequipmentinstallationshallbedesignedaccordingtotheprojectsituationsbythedesignerwhoshalldecidethedepthofdrawingaccordingtotheprojectfeasibilityandcoordinationbetweenallSubdivisionalworksofeachdisciplinetosatisfytheprojectrequirements.4.1封面Cover封面应包含项目名称、图纸性质(初步设计、施工图、竣工图等)、公司名称、日期。Thecovershallbeartheprojectname,drawingproperty(preliminarydesign,constructiondrawing,asbuiltdrawing,etc.),companyname,anddate.4.2图纸书目Drawingcontent图纸书目应包含以下内容:项目名称、项目编号、设计公司名称、专业、图纸名称、3/79图纸编号、图幅、出图日期、制图人及审核人等内容。Thedrawingcontentshallincludethefollowing:projectname,projectID,nameofdesigncorporation,discipline,drawingname,drawingnumber,sheet,drawingfinishingdate,thepersonwhodraws,andtheauditor.4.3工程设计说明及图例Engineeringdesigninstructionsandgraphicsymbols设计总说明须包括但不限于:工程概况、设计依据、各子系统施工内容、施工要求和留意事项、设计特殊要求和施工协作要点、设计范围内智能化系统与相关专业的技术接口要求、图例符号等。Thegeneraldesigninstructionsshallinclude,withoutlimitationto:Projectprofile,designbasis,constructioncontentsofeachsubsystem,constructionrequirementsandnotices,specialdesignrequirementsandkeypointsinconstructioncooperation,technicalinterfacerequirementsfortheintelligentsystemandrelevantdisciplineswithinthescopeofdesign,graphicsymbols,andsoon.4.4设备材料清单Listofequipmentandmaterials在材料表中的图形符号图例应采纳国标,其次是部标、行标。未予规定的自拟图形图例,应在图例中标出且加以说明。当运用国标图形图例,又赐予不同含义时也应加以说明,一套图纸的图例符号应前后一样。Graphicsymbolsinthelistofmaterialsshalladoptthoseinnationalstandards,followedbyministerialstandardsandindustrystandards.Selfmadegraphicdrawingsnotspecifiedshallbemarkedinthegraphicsymbolswithexplanations.Explanationsshallalsobegivenwhengraphicsymbolsinnationalstandardsaregivendifferentmeanings.Thegraphicsymbolsusedinonesetofdrawingsshallbeinconsistencewitheachother.设备材料清单,按系统开列组成系统主要设备和材料,应标明设备名称、规格型号、主要技术指标、品牌(产地)、数量。非标设备、材料应备注说明技术要求。Thelistofequipmentandmaterialsshalllistthemajorequipmentandmaterialsconstitutingthesystem,withanindicationoftheequipmentname,specificationandmodel,keytechnicalindicators,brand(origin),andquantity.Technicalrequirementsfornonstandardequipmentandmaterialsshallbemarked.各个平面图、设备房图应随附图例并标注数量。包括电脑、软件、编程工具、机柜、电源、变压器等设备材料都必需在图纸上或设备材料中体现出来,并且注明型号、规格、4/79数量总和。Allplanviewsandequipmentroomdrawingsshallbeattachedwithgraphicsymbolsandquantity.Equipmentandmaterialsincludingcomputers,software,programmingtools,cabinets,powersupplyandtransformersshallbeindicatedinthedrawingsorlistofequipmentmaterials,withclearindicationofthemodel,specificationandtotalquantity.4.5系统图Systemdiagram4.5.1照明供配电系统图:应注明系统结构、主要配置、终端分布、主干线缆、供电要求、文字说明等。详细设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第3章,第4章。当有类似5D剧场有人员参加演出涉及舞台照明时,舞台照明的供电与负荷计算应参照民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第9章9.6节的相关规定。Drawingoflightingpowersupplyanddistributionsystem:Withclearindicationofthesystemstructure,majorconfiguration,terminaldistribution,trunkcables,powersupplyrequirements,explanatorynotes,etc.Fordetailedprinciplesfordesign,pleaserefertochapters3and4ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildings.Whentherearepersonnelparticipatinginthestageshowinlikely-to-be5Dtheaterwithstageilluminationinvolved,powersupplyandloadcalculationofstageilluminationshallrefertotherelatedregulationsofSection9.6,Chapter9ofJGJ162008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildings.留意:Notes:1.当采纳可控硅做调光设备时,其电源变压器宜采纳接线方式为4/YO的变压器。WhenSCRcomponentsareusedasdimmerdevice,thesupplytransformershallbe/YOtransformer.2.为抑制高次谐波比照明限制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满意民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应留意:电声,电视转播设备的电源不宜接在照明用电变压器上。Torestraintheinterferenceofultraharmonicsonilluminationcontroldevicesandothersystemequipments,exceptthattheregulationsofSection22.3,Chapter22ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsshallbemet,shalltakenoteofthefollowing:thepowersupplyofelectroacousticandtelevisionrelayequipmentshallnotconnecttothetransformersforillumination.4.5.2酉口电箱系统图:应标注配电箱编号、型号、进线回路编号;标注各开关(或熔断器)型号、规格;标注出线回路编号、导线型号规格;负荷量;对于单相应标明相别;并标明负荷名称。详细设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第7章,建筑照明设计标准GB50034-2004第7章。Systemdiagramofswitchbox:ItshallindicatetheswitchboxNo.,model,andlead-inloopNo.;itshal1alsoindicatethemodelandspecificationofswitches(orfuses),outgoinglineloopNo.,andmodelandspecificationofleads,aswellastheloadcapacity;thephasesequenceshallbemarkedforsingle-phasewire;theloadnameshallalsobemarked.Fordetails,pleaserefertochapter7ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsandchapter7ofGB50034-2004StandardforLightingDesignofBuildings.4.5.2.1配电箱系统图须考虑三相平衡,三相配电干线的各相负荷宜安排平衡,最大相负荷不宜超过三相负荷平均值的115%,最小相负荷不宜小于三相负荷平均值的85%oInmakingthesystemdiagramofswitchbox,equilibrationofthethree-phasesystemshallbeconsidered;loadoneachwireofthethree-phasedistributiontrunkshallbedistributedinequilibration;themaximumphaseloadshallnotexceed115%ofthemeanloadsofthe5/79three-phasesystem,andtheminimumphaseloadshallnotbesmallerthan85%ofthemeanloadsofthethree-phasesystem.4.5.2.2如有供应气体放电灯的三相配电线路,其中性线截面应满意不平衡电流及谐波电流的要求,且不应小于相线截面。Ifthereisthree-phasepowerdistributionlineforthegasdischargelamp,itsneutrallinesectionshallmeettherequirementsofunbalancecurrentandharmoniccurrentandshallnotbesmallerthanthephaselinesection.4.5.2.3照明配电箱应保留备用回路,备用回路的数量不应低于配电箱回路数量的30%oThelightdistributionboxshallhaveabackuploop,andthenumberofbackuploopsshallnotbesmallerthan30%ofthenumberofswitchboxloop.4.5.2.4照明设备的接电方法,应采纳专用接插件连接,接插件额定容量应有足够余量。Powerconnectionoflightingequipmentsshalladoptthededicatedconnectorsandtheratedcapacityshallbeenough.4.5.2.5由晶闸管调光装置配出的舞台照明线路宜采纳单相配电。当采纳三相配电时,宜每相分别配置中性导体,当共用中性导体时,中性导体截面不宜小于相导体截面的2倍。Forthestagelightinglinesdistributedbythyristorlight-controllingdevice,single-phasedistributionshallbeadopted.Whenadoptingthree-phasedistribution,itisappropriatetodistributeneutralconductorrespectivelyineachphase;whenneutralconductorisusedincommon,itscrosssectionshallbenotlessthan2timesthatofphaseconductor.4.5.2.6照明设备应依据低压配电系统的接地形式确定采纳接地爱护措施。1.ightingequipmentsshalldeterminegroundprotectionmeasuresaccordingtotheearthingformoflow-voltagedistributionsystem.4.5.3.照明限制系统图:应标注限制箱编号、型号;标注限制回路编号、导线型号规格、通讯协议、接口界面、限制系统若与其它设备有接口,须标明接口类型。1.ightingcontrolsystemdiagram:ItshallindicatethecontrollingboxNo.andmodel;controlloopNo.,modelandspecificationofleads,communicationprotocol,andinterface;ifthecontrolsystemhasaninterfacewithotherequipment,markthetypeofinterface.4.5.3.1限制系统采纳专用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于40采纳共用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于IoWhenthecontrolsystemadoptsspecialearthingdevice,theresistancetoearthshallnotbegreaterthan4.Whenacommonearthingdeviceisused,theresistancetoearthshallnotbegreaterthan1.4.5.3.2乙级及乙级以上电影院观众厅(主演区,预演区)的照明应能渐亮渐暗平滑调整或分档调整。1.ightingintheaudiencehallofclassBorabovecinemas(performanceareaandrehearsearea)shallbecapableofchangingfrombrighttodimstategraduallyandsmoothlyorcanbeadjustedbydifferentgrades.4.5.3.3入口、排队区、上客区、下客区、主演区、预演区等干脆为观众服务的地区的照明限制开关应集中单独限制。Thelightingcontrolswitchesintheareasdirectlyservingtheaudiences,suchastheentry,queuearea,loadon/offareas,performanceareaandrehearseareashallbeintensivelyandindependentlycontrolled.4.5.3.4当采纳调光设备时,每一照明回路的可载容量,应与所选用的调光设备的回路输出容量相适应。Whenusingthelight-controllingdevices,theloadcapacityforeachlightingloopshallbecompatiblewiththeoutputcapacityoftheselectedlight-controllingdevice.4.5.3.5类似5D剧场有人员参加演出的舞台调光限制装置的选择和安装应符合下列要求:Theselectionandinstallationofstagelight-controllingdevicesWithpersonnelsparticipationinthestageshowinthelikely-to-be5Dtheatershallconformtothefoilwingrequirements:6/791.舞台照明调光限制器的选型:小型剧场,可选用带预选装置的限制器,中型及以上规模的剧场,宜选用带计算机的限制器。Modelselectionofstageilluminationlight-controller:forsmall-sizedtheater,thecontrollerwithpre-electeddevicecouldbeselected;forthetheaterwithmiddlesizeandabove,thecontrollerwithcomputercouldbeselected.2.舞台照明调光限制台宜安装在观众厅后部的灯控室内,并应符合下列规定:Stageilluminationlightingconsoleshallinstallinthelightingcontrolroominthebackofauaditoriumandconformtothefollowingregulations:(1)调光柜和舞台配电设备应设在靠近舞台的单独房间内;DinlnIercabinetandstagedistributionequipmentshallbesetupwithinthesingleroomclosetothestage;(2)舞台表演区应在灯光限制人员的视野范围内;Stageactingareashallbeinthefieldofviewoflight-controllingpersonnel;(3)灯控人员应能简单的视察到观众席的状况;Light-controllingpersonnelshallbeabletoeasilyobservetheauditorium;(4)应与舞台布灯配光联系便利;Shallbeinconvenientcontactwithlampcollocationandlightdistributionofthestage.(5)调光设备与线路应安装敷设便利。1.ight-control1ingequipmentsandpipelinesshallbeconvenientlyinstalledandlaid.4.6平面图Planview4.6.1总体要求Generalrequirements(1)照明配电箱宜设置在靠近照明负荷中心便于操作维护的位置。Thelightdistributionboxshallbeplacedintheplacewhichisneartothelightingloadcenterandconvenientforoperationandmaintenance.(2)其他详细设计标准参考我国电影行业标准?电影院建筑设计规范?JGJ58-2008中对于电气及照明方面的要求。OtherdetaileddesigncriteriashallconformtotherelevantrequirementsaboutelectricityandlightinginChinatt39;scinemaindustrystandardJGJ582008CodeforArchitecturalDesignofCinema.4.6.2线槽设计Trunkingdesign由强、弱电竖井或限制机房引向用电负荷的电气线路,在回路众多的状况下应采纳线槽布线。Theelectricwiringdrawnfromverticalshaftforlight-currentandstrong-currentorcontrolcabinetshalladopttrunkingwhentherearenumerousloops.4.6.2.1灯光专业线槽种类按走向通常分为:水平线槽、垂直线槽。灯光专业线槽种类按系统通常分为:弱电限制信号线综合线槽、强电电缆线槽。强、弱电线槽应分别设置,不允许共用。详细设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJI6-2008第8章。Accordingtothetrend,speciallightingtrunkingcanusuallybedividedinto:horizontaltrunkingandverticaltrunking.Accordingtothesystem,speciallightingtrunkingcanusuallybedividedinto:integratedtrunkingforlight-currentcontrolsignallinesandtrunkingforstrong-currentcables.Trunkingforstrong-currentandlight-currentshallbesetrespectivelyandshallnotbeshared.Fordetailedprinciplesfordesign,pleaserefertochapter8ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildings.4.6.2.2灯光专业线槽绘制时,原则上应按线槽实际宽度按图纸比例绘制,线槽截面应采纳空心闭合图形。Inprinciple,thespeciallightingtrunkingshallbedrawnaccordingtotheactualwidthoftrunkingandthedrawing,andthetrunkingsectionshallbeahollowclosedfigure./794.6.2.3在进行对线槽的标注时,应能清晰地辨别出线槽的型号、规格、敷设方式。Whenmarkingthetrunking,themodel,specificationandlayingmethodshallbeclearlydistinguished.4.6.3管线图Pipingplan详细设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第8章。建筑照明设计标准GB50034-2004第7章。Fordetails,pleaserefertochapter8ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsandchapter7ofGB50034-2004StandardforLightingDesignofBuildings.以下所述在设计时应特殊留意:Specialattentionshallbepaidtothefollowingduringdesign:4.6.3.1标明或注明设备的类别、编号、平面位置、安装高度、安装方式,管线、线槽走向、管线规格,敷设方式、引上引下、图例、数量、文字说明等。Indicateornoteequipmenttype,SN,planposition,mountingheight,mountingmethod,pipelineandtrunkingtrend,pipelinespecification,layingmethod,leadingup/down,graphicsymbols,quantity,explanatorynote,etc.4.6.3.2每一照明单相分支回路的电流不宜超过16A,所接光源数不宜超过25个;连接建筑组合灯具时,回路电流不宜超过25A,光源数不宜超过60个;连接高强度气体放电灯的单相分支回路的电流不应超过30AoCurrentofeachsingle-phasesubcircuitforlightingshallnotexceed16A,andthereshallbelessthan25iIluminants;whenconnectingthecombinedlights,theloopcurrentshallnotexceed25A,andthereshallbelessthan60iIluminants;currentofthesingle-phasesubcircuitconnectinghighcapacitygasdischargelampshallnotexceed30A.4.6.3.3照明配电干线及分支线,应采纳铜芯绝缘电线或电缆,分支线截面不应小于1.5mm2oTrunklinesandbranchlinesforlightdistributionshallbecoppercoreinsulatedconductororcable;sectionofbranchlineshallnotbesmallerthan1.5mm2.4.6.3.4观众厅及放映机房等处墙面及吊顶内的照明线路应采纳阻燃型铜芯绝缘导线或铜芯绝缘电缆穿金属管或金属线槽敷设。Illuminatinglinesinsidethewallsandsuspendedceilinginaudiencehallsandprojectorchambersshalladoptflameretardantcoppercoreinsulatedconductororcoppercoreinsulatedcablewrappedwithmetaltubeormetalraceway.4.6.3.5插座不应和照明设备接在同一回路。Socketsshallnotbeconnectedwithlightingequipmentinthesameloop.4.6.3.6原则上采纳不同发光原理的光源的灯具不要接在同一回路上,特殊是以气体放电灯为光源的灯具不要和其他类型光源的灯具接在同一回路上。Inprinciple,lightingfixturesusingdifferentilluminantsshallnotbeconnectedinthesameloop;inparticular,lightingfixtureswithgasdischargelampastheilluminantshallnotbeconnectedwiththelightingfixturesusingotherilluminantsinthesameloop.4.6.3.7照明电气管线布线平面图上应注明其管线来自配电箱的编号和回路编号以便于审查是否与配电箱系统图的回路编号相对应,且是否回路连接的负荷总量与配电箱系统图上标明的相符。ThepipelinewiringdiagramoflightingsshallindicatetheNo.ofswitchboxfromwhichthepipelineisdrawnandtheNo.ofloop,soastocheckwhetheritcoincideswiththeNo.ofloopoftheswitchboxsystemdiagram,andwhetherthetotalloadconnectedwiththeloopcoincideswiththatontheswitchboxsystemdiagram.8/794.6.3.8图纸中管线的走向应考虑现场施工条件及后期检修维护的便利,并尽可能与实际的排管布线方向一样。Trendofpipelinesinthedrawingshallconsiderthesiteoperationconditionsandprovideconvenienceforfuturerepairandmaintenance,andshallbethesameastheactualpipelinetrendasmuchaspossible.4.6.3.9为抑制高次谐波比照明限制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满意民用建筑电气设计规范JGJI6-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应满意以下要求:须要调光的回路应选用金属导管、槽敷设,并不宜于电声等电信线路平行敷设。当调光回路与电信线路平行敷设时,其间距应大于1米;当垂直交叉时,其间距应大于05米。Torestraintheinterferenceofultraharmonicsonilluminationcontroldevicesandothersystemequipments,exceptthattheregulationsofSection22.3,Chapter22ofJGJ162008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsshallbemet,shallconformtothefollowingrequirements:theloopthatneedslightcontrolshallselectmetalconduitandtrunkingforlay-up,andparallellay-upofelectroacousticsetc.telecommunicationlinesisnotsuitable.Whenlight-controllingloopareinparallellay-upwithtelecommunicationlines,thedistanceshallbemorethanlm;wheninsqurecrossing,thedistanceshallbemorethan0.5m.4.6.4机房、竖井布置平面图Planearrangementdrawingofequipmentroomandverticalshaft照明设备机房和竖井布置平面中的电气设备、管线布置应遵循以下原则:Theelectricinstallationandpipelinelayoutintheplanearrangementdrawingoflightingequipmentroomandverticalshaftshallconformtothefollowingprinciples:(1)机房布置图中应包括配电柜/限制箱平面位置布局、局部立面图,注明管线、线槽走向,写出文字说明等。Theequipmentroomarrangementdrawingshallincludetheplanelayoutandpartialelevationofthepowerdistributingcabinetandcontrollingbox,givingclearindicationofthetrendofpipelinesandtrunking,explanatorynotes,andsoon.(2)平面图上的设备位置、数量、编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向应与立面图上的设备位置、数量、编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向相对应。Theequipmentposition,quantity,No.,andcablespecification,pipelineandtrunkingtre
