interests.钻井现场监督是作业者在现场的代表，他负责保护作业者的利益。,合同条款规定,公司指派和授权一 个或多个代表在整个钻井期间工作在钻井现场监察检验、检查承包商所做的一切事情，并确认承包商的各种记录。授权监督代表公司负责监督检查合同中规定承包商应做的相关事宜。COMPANY shall be entitled to designate a representative or representatives who shall at all times have access to the DRILLING UNIT for the purpose of observing tests,inspecting the work performed by CONTRACTOR or verifying the records of items furnished by CONTRACTOR.Such representative or representatives shall be empowered to act for COMPANY in all matters relating to CONTRACTORs performance under the CONTRACT.,2、执行设计,钻井监督本人首先要熟悉钻井设计的各个方面，特别关注：井眼尺寸、井深、套管设计、泥浆设计、定向井设计、评价设计（捞砂样、录井、取心、测试）、存在的问题（高压、井漏、页岩膨胀等）、井控（防喷器和套管头的设计）。如果现场出现和设计有差异，要总监讨论，要分析清楚产生的原因，为什么会出现这样的情况。在执行设计的过程中，要经常分析判断，为了作业者的利益需要更改设计时，在更改前要和总监讨论，得到总监的批准。然后，根据更改的设计安排以后的工作。和执行设计一样，必须认真执行完井设计，要特别关注完井的目的、程序和实现目的的计划。Implementing the drilling program must thoroughly familiarize himself with all aspects of the program.Particular concern should be given to the hole size,depths,and casing program;mud program;directional program;evaluation program(sampling,logs,coring and testing);problem areas(high pressure,lost circulation,heaving shale);and well control(bop and wellhead design).Where a program deviates from the routine,he must discuss this with his supervisor and clarify in his mind the reason why.Judgment must be exercised in carrying out the program.When changes are need for the benefit of operator and overall well he should thoroughly discuss this with his supervisor prior to the change.He must use the program to plan ahead.Implementing Completion Program.-The Same Comments Apply Here As For The Drilling Program.Particular Attention Should Be Given To The Objectives Of A Completion And The Procedure And Planning Involved In Accomplishment.,3、ADMINISTER THE CONTRACT管理合同,MUST THOROUGHLY RUSH ORDERS UNLESS IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.WE REALIZE LOGISTICS VARY CONSIDERABLY DUE TO LOCATION-OFFSHORE OR INLAND WATERWAYS;WEATHER;TRANSPORTATION AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS AND SERVICES.HOWEVER,IT IS OUR JOB TO PLAN AHEAD AND ANTICIPATE NEEDS IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE THESE PROBLEMS.YOUR SUPERVISOR CAN HELP,SO KEEP HIM INFORMED AND CONSULT HIM of stress.This will cause a tendency to be short and authoritative;however,we must realize that these people have able to do and how it is handled will materially affect our performance.If it can be accomplished in a pleasant atmosphere,so much the better.However,we must realize the job needs to be done,so we should not place ourselves in the position of sacrificing results for the sake of being a good guy.,7、沟通,在钻井过程中，钻井监督为顺利地进行钻井工作，要和各方面的关键人员，例如：承包商的人员、服务公司的人员、地质师等相关人员进行联络，有效地进行上下沟通。永远不要假设某某人应该知道目标和计划，必须告诉井队人员和服务人员相关的计划和他们应该发挥的作用。常常处理某种情况最好的想法来自钻台人员，当然，井队的其他人员和技师如果他们知道将会发生什么，也会使你远离麻烦。,Communication,-in the course of our work,the drilling representative will contact many people vital to the performance of the work.Contractor personnel,services company personnel and geologists to mention a few.-you must communicate effectively both up and down.We should never assume that everyone knows objectives or plans.Rig crews and service people should always be informed as to plans and their purpose.Quite often the best ideas on handling a situation come from the rig floor.Certainly rig crews and toolpushers can keep you out trouble if they know what is going assemblies are selected and a good bit weight,rpm and hydraulics program are used.On day work jobs,we have direct control while on footage the control is somewhat indirect.However,if in our opinion,the contractor is not exercising good practice,we should inform the contractor and the staff or senior drilling engineer.Plans,reasons and justification should be complicated.The importance of good tour reports cannot be overemphasized.In addition to the tour report,we are responsible for a clean,concise morning and evening report,mud usage report,a rental equipment usage report,a rig and contractor appraisal and cost control
