用电:本工程施工用电由甲方指定点接入,经由总配电箱后分三路分别接进整个施工区域,每一路均配备分配电箱,其中一路为施工现场,主要用于电机具包括塔吊、砼搅拌机、砼震捣机、夜间照明等;二路为生产加工区,主要为钢筋制作机械,部分木模板制作机械等;三路为办公照明用电。5.3.2 用水:本工程施工用水同样按二路布置,一路为办公区、生活、生产加工区等地面用水;另一路为施工用水。施工用水根据现场形状布管。5.4 场内排水布置本工程在修筑施工便道的同时,沿道路外侧设置排水沟,排水沟截面尺寸为250×300500,根据施工现场平面标高情况,并每隔30m左右设一个沉淀池,沟、池壁均用砂浆抹光,沉淀池尺寸为800×800×800mm,排水沟有0.3%泛水,形成完整的排水系统。5.5 施工现场主要机械布置5.5.1 为适应文明施工、材料标化管理要求,钢筋加工原则上采用集中、统一加工成型,然后由施工班组领用,因此在钢筋加工场,根据工程量,配备布置钢筋配套机械。5.5.2 在施工现场,搭设模板制作加工场,进行模板配制、加工、整理,木工加工制作机械包括平、压刨等木工机械。5.5.3 搅拌机械布置,本工程在现场中间位置处布置两台砼搅拌机,满足砼浇注使用,具体位置见平面布置图。6、施工方法6.1 测量工程6.1.1 工程定位控制网测设6.1.1.1 本工程施工测量按照工程测量规范GB50026-93,先测量场地整体的平面控制网,再以控制网为依据进行建筑物局部定位、放线和标高测设。6.1.1.2 根据甲方拟定的绝对高程,由国家高程控制网使用水准仪导入场区,在场区内布置高程控制点。6.1.1.3 建立平面控制导线网根据建设单位提供的总平面位置图和相临建筑物之间的关系,用经纬仪和钢尺测设本工程纵横轴线控制线。工程定位工作完成后将定位记录报甲方及监理单位复测合格后方可进入下道工序施工。6.1.2 结构施工测量6.1.2.1 结构采用外控法进行控制定位,使用经纬仪及钢尺,利用场区内的测量基准点与建筑物轴线关系,在基坑边缘测设临时轴线桩,并投设基底,在基底设控制桩,进行轴线和标高的控制,施工后在底板上弹出柱、墙轴线和边线,确定和检查柱、墙等构件的位置。6.1.2.2 投点精度评定:根据规范及设计,对每层、全高投测误差允许值与底层投点处投测误差的计算值进行核验,以对投测方案和投点误差进行评定,保证本方案的正确性。6.1.2.3 结构测量精度的控制(1) 角部标志线每层还需进行一次全高校核,减少累计误差。(2) 在四个角点均应设置垂直观测点,经纬仪和挂线坠观察同时进行,每施工一层进行一次观察并记录,直至施工结束。(3) 从模板构造上严格控制模板变形,砼浇筑前和浇筑后均检验模板的垂直度,及时纠正施工中的偏差。(4) 标高沿四角向上引测,引测时钢尺要拉直。6.1.3 装饰工程测量控制 装饰工程利用在结构施工中弹出的轴线和标高,形成统一测量参照系,进行定位和抄平,+1.000以上标高用钢尺沿结构外墙、边柱向上量取。6.2土方工程6.2.1 施工机械说明采用1台WY100反铲液压挖掘机进行开挖,4台20T斯太尔自卸汽车运土,将土方运至甲方指定的卸土地点。6.2.2开挖方法机械土方开挖采用机械大开挖, 土方分两部分进行开挖,一次挖到设计标高以上200mm,采用人工清理,进行钎探工序。在基础开挖中应有专人控制标高,确保开挖深度正确,不超挖,保证原土地基的稳定性。6.2.3 基坑标高控制方法根据甲方指定的绝对高程控制点,用水准仪引入现场,在建筑物四周设置永久控制点,然后引测至坑壁上,打入标高桩,待挖至设计标高以上200mm时停止机械开挖,在基坑底布置间距6.0m、呈梅花形设置木桩标高,由人工拉线进行清理。6.2.4 回填土按设计要求进行回填,沿筏板基础最外边弹性地基梁及挑板周边回填防冻胀中粗砂,范围为出基础外边500mm,从基底至+0.000。基础梁底应铺设300mm厚中粗砂且预留空隙。其它按普通回填。6.2.4.1回填土质量要求:粒径不大于5cm,碎块、草皮及有机杂质含量不大于8%。6.2.4.2分层夯实方法:每层铺土厚度为250mm,利用蛙式打夯机夯实,每层打夯不少于三遍。6.2.4.3检测方法采用干容重试验法,环刀取样,要求干容重实测值符合设计要求及规范规定。6.3 基础工程本工程基础为筏板基础。其施工工序:100mm厚C10混凝土垫层筏板钢筋绑扎基础支模基础砼浇筑6.3.1 基底垫层基础垫层严格按照设计及施工规范要求施工,表面平整,振捣密实。垫层上面的基础放线工作要进行技术复核,合格后允许进入下道工序施工。6.3.2 基础钢筋绑扎基础为梁板式筏板基础,板700mm高,梁高1200mm、1500mm。受力钢筋均为螺纹钢筋,板分上下两层布置,两层间的距离用25焊接的马蹬进行控制,钢筋接长采用闪光对焊接头。基础钢筋绑扎完毕后插入框架柱钢筋,一定要保证钢筋位置正确,不发生位移现象。6.3.3基础模板安装基础模板拼装采用12毫米厚的木制九夹板进行施工,基础钢筋绑扎完毕再进行模板安装工作。要求拼缝严密不漏浆且加固牢固不发生涨模为尊旨。6.3.4 基础混凝土施工基础混凝土施工前已委托实验室进行相关设计强度的试配工作且强度满足设计要求。采用泵送进行浇筑,混凝土浇筑由一端开始,按照台阶式逐级向前推进,直至全部混凝土浇筑完毕。作好混凝土的浇水养护工作。6.4 主体工程6.4.1模板工程模板工程是影响工程质量的关键因素之一。为了确保混凝土的外型尺寸、外观质量,拟利用先进、合理、经济的模板体系和施工方法,满足工程质量的要求。框架柱、梁、板模板采用九夹板模板,采用钢管脚手架支撑系统。楼梯底模采用九夹板平铺在斜杆支架上,楼梯侧模及踏步模板采用异型木模。如部分设备基础,各种漏斗均采用钢、木模混合施工。6.4.1.1框架柱模板框架柱模采用九夹板模板,采用50×70mm的方木作肋,以短钢管作柱箍,每700一道(见模板支设图)。6.4.1.2梁、板模板A 梁、板模采用九夹板施工。梁模安装顺序:复核轴线、底标高位置支梁底模绑扎钢筋支梁侧模复核梁模尺寸及位置与相邻梁板连接固定。当梁高小于700mm时,梁侧可用支撑板模的水平管顶撑,同时用短钢管打斜撑。B 在砼强度达到设计强度50%后,保留梁底支撑和各间平台的固定支撑,拆除其它支撑周转使用,在砼达到设计强
