Revisions to align with IEC Amendment No. 1 for IEC 60745-2-18, first edition2. Revisions to add superseded requirement pages that incorporate requirements to be applied to strapping tools investigated to the requirements of the Third edition of the Standard for Hand-Held Motor-Operated Electric Tools Safety Part 1: General Requirements, UL 60745-1UL Standards for Safety are developed and maintained in the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML). SGML - an international standard (ISO 8879-1986) - is a descriptive markup language that describes a documents structure and purpose, rather than its physical appearance on a page.
