(II)可弯易弯的管道让不可弯的管道; (III)新设的管道让已建的管道； (IV) 临时性的管道让永久性管道; (V)有压力的管道让自流的管道，管道应采用两个45°弯头连接,明装管在最高点设自动排气阀。 (VI)室内给水管与排水管平行敷设时,管间最小水平净距为 500mm,交叉时垂直净距 150mm。受条件限制给水管敷设在排水管下方时应加套管,套管长度不应小于排 水管径的3倍，交叉处不得设置接头，且须满足最小净空要求。（5）管线及设备安装应与土建、装修等其它专业公司密切合作，及时预留孔洞及预埋套管、预埋件，以防碰撞和返工，由于装修等专业变化产生的房间布局及吊顶调整应及时通知设计单位采取相应措施。（6）车辆段生产生活给水系统、中水系统、消火栓系统、自喷系统管道均为独立管网；排水为雨污分流制：生活污水、生产废水、雨水管道单独设置不得混接、误接。（7）B区运用库北侧废水排水管FJ-B01至FJ-B20段废水管整体下调0.25m,坡度不变。FJ-B01废水检查井底高程1.280。4）主要材料及设备要求（1）所有设备、管材、阀门及配件的规格、品种须满足设计要求，并有产品合格证、性能检测合格报告及验收记录，应符合国家技术标准和设计要求。详宁波市轨道交通1号线一期天童庄车辆段与综合基地±0.00以上工程施工 技术标准和要求和施工图中相关要求执行，当图纸与技术要求冲突时，按两者中的较高标准执行。（2）给排水及消防设备（消防泵、变频给水设备、潜水泵、水位传感器、水泵控制柜、污水处理设备、消毒设备等）需满足FAS、BAS的接口功能需求，实现设备的综合监控，详宁波市轨道交通1号线一期天童庄车辆段与综合基地±0.00以上工程施工 技术标准和要求中设备功能接口相关部分。（3）本工程所采用的消防设备和器材，必须经国家有关部门鉴定批准，并经市公安消防局核准注册，消防产品应具有入网许可证。消防和环保设备做备案。（4）所有材料进入施工现场时应进行品种、规格、壁厚、压力等级、外观验收。包装应完好，表面无划痕及外力冲击破损。塑料和复合管材、管件、粘接剂、橡胶圈及其它附件等应是同一厂家的配套产品。（5）所有金属管配件、管道支架吊架、设备预埋件、套管等均应做严格的防腐处理。3、室外给排水及消防工程施工注意事项1） 丈量放线施工放样前丈量人员先校核施工图纸，按施工图纸提供的室外给排水工程的位置和标高结合综合管线，定出沟槽中线及井位，并引出水准基准点，作为整个室外给排水工程的基准点。每次丈量均须闭合，控制闭合差。丈量管沟的主旨轴线、标高，放出管沟基槽边线，并将标高控制点引测至施工区域附近。严格按相关规程执行。沟槽放样抄平应认真做好记录本，以书面形式报监理工程师，待检验合格前方可举办下一道工序施工。2）沟槽开挖（1）在管槽开挖前，弄清有无地下管线后方可开挖，沟槽开挖采用机械挖土，人工配合清坡、清底，土方运至指定地点。（2）挖掘机应严格控制标高，防止沟槽超挖或扰动基底土，当开挖接近槽底设计标高时，用人工修整槽底，边挖边修并做好安全防护措施。（3）在施工关闭区以外的沟槽，应在沟槽两端设立安全设施和告诫标志，如护栏、路障及警示旗，在夜晚应悬挂红灯。（4）机械开挖注意事项：机械开挖应严格控制标高，为提防超挖或扰动槽底面，槽底应留0.3m厚的土层暂时不挖，待临铺管线时人工开挖至设计标高，同时修整槽底，倘若依然超挖，应回填砂石材料。排水管道应注意沟槽坡度；沟槽开挖须要井点降水时，应提早预设井点抽水，将公开水位稳定至槽底以下0.5m时方可开挖，避免发生挖土速渡过快，因土层含水量过大支柱难题，招致塌方风险。（5）沟槽开挖的质量控制沟槽开挖高程应严格控制，槽底应平整，杂物应清除干净，铺放应平顺，沟槽底打夯机夯实平整。3）管道基础（1）基坑开挖至设计标高，且复测无误，经现场监理工程师验收合格后方可进行基底垫层的施工。管道基础采用垫层基础其厚度及密实度应符合设计及所选用图集的相关要求。（2）为便于沟基处理，沟槽挖好后再向下挖0.1m,然后采用细砂按沟槽宽度满堂铺设、摊平、夯实。（3）基础夯实紧密，表面平整。管道基础的接口部位应预留凹槽便于接口操作。接口完成后，随即用相同材料填筑密实。4）管道的进场堆放及运输当管道直接放在场地上，要求场地平整，不能有石块或容易引起管道损坏的尖利物体，并采取防止管道滚动的措施。短距离搬运时，不应在坚硬不平整的场地上滚动，避免管道损坏。不宜将不同规格、不同材质的管材混堆，避免管道破环和变形；分层堆放时两侧用木楔挡住避免滑落，堆放高度不宜超过2m，同时考虑底层管材的承重能力。夏季高温季节，应避免日光暴晒并保证空气流通尤其是塑料管材及配件不得长时间露天堆放。管材存放过程应严格做好防火措施，严禁在管道附近长时间明火；适当控制库存量，进场管材现场保存不应超出半年。5）管道安装及敷设（1）根据管径大小、沟槽和 施工机具装备情况，确定人工或机械将管道放入沟槽。待用的管材按产品标准逐根进行质量检测，不符合标准的不得使用，并做好标记另行处理。（2）安装由下游向上游依次进行。人工下管时，由地面人员传递给沟槽内的施工人员，应采取措施保持管道平衡均匀溜放至沟槽内，严禁将管道有槽顶滚入槽底；起重机下管吊装时，用非金属绳索系扣，不串心吊装。（3）雨季施工采取防管材漂浮措施。先回填到管顶以上1倍管径的高度，管道安装完毕前尚未回填土遭水泡时，需进行管中心和管底高程复测和外观检查，发现位移、漂浮、拔口现象的应立即处理。敷设过程中发现管道破损的应更换处理。（4）重力排水管道严禁反坡、平坡，确保排水通畅，每隔80m需设置沉泥井。（5）压力给水管道应敷设在排水管和承台地梁之上，当与基础梁、电缆沟高程冲突时候下穿避让处理。受条件限制需在排水管下敷设时不得在其下方设置接头，并采用套管做防护，套管由交叉处向两侧各延伸2m。（6）已埋设管道应在地面做好标识，其他管线在上部开挖时距管道1m界限内采用人工开挖。6）给排水构筑物施工要求排水检查井和给水阀门井及其余给排水构筑物的做法、井盖、雨水篦子、管道阀门节点详施工图相关要求（含招标技术要求）及设计选用国标图集。与雨水口连接的雨水管管径为DN300,坡度均为i=0.01。大型室外构筑物（泵井、消防水池、中水池、化粪池、沉淀隔油池、盖体雨污水跌水井）均由结构专业进行基底处理，处理方式详见结构设计。除注明采用图集外的构筑物详见结构专业相关设计及要求。7）给水管道水压及通水试验，排水管道闭水试验（1）给水及消防管道在隐蔽前进行单项水压试验，管道系统安装完成后进行综合水压试验。水压试验时排净管内空气，充满水对试压管道进行外观检查，注意管壁及接口有无渗漏，若有必须返修；若无渗漏则开始加压，当达到试验压力时停止加压（试验压力为管道工作压力的1.5倍，且不小于0.6MPa,各系统管线工作压力详施工图总说明及给水所分册相关说明）。（2）单项试压：从压力表上读出10分钟压力降，若大于0.02 MPa则返修，压力降不大于0.02 MPa，则降至工作压力后进行外观检查，无渗漏则试压合格。试压前通知相关人员，合格后验收签字，办理工序交接手续。（3）给水系统完成后做通水试验，按设计要求开启最大用水数量的用水点，能都达到额定流量，分系统分区段进行。（4）室外排水管道在隐蔽前应做闭水试验，室内排水管做通球试验，管道应以充满水后24小时进行严密性检查，水位应高于所检查管段上游部分的顶端。一般采用外观检查，检查中应补水，水位保持定值不变，无漏水现象则为合格。8）沟槽回填（1）沟槽覆土在管道隐蔽过程验收后合格方可进行，采用素土回填，覆土时保证沟槽无积水，严禁带水作业，且不得回填淤泥、腐植土等，尖锐物和大于100mm的石块等硬物应剔除，大的泥块需敲碎。（2）沟槽回填，按施工图、所选国标图集及规范相关要求，管道沟槽两侧应分层对称回填，且两侧应同步夯实，防止不对称回填造成的管道侧向位移；回填时不得将土直接砸在管道接口上；检查井、阀门井等构筑物四周的回填土应同步进行；再遇其他管线交叉处的回
