工程地理位置千厮门嘉陵江大桥位于渝中半岛千厮门处,通过渝中隧道与东水门长江大桥贯通,形成连接江北城区、解放碑CBD和南岸弹子石片区的公轨两用快捷通道,如图2.1-1所示。渝中隧道图 2.1-1 工程地理位置平面图2.1.2 工程范围及工程规模千厮门嘉陵江大桥路线起于渝中区陕西路(起点桩号YK13+782.0=ZK13+780.5,渝中隧道进洞口),自东向西设隧道穿越陕西路、市轮船公司、道门口农贸市场、轨道交通1号线小仕字车站,拐向北下穿筷子街、市消防一支队、民族路、市中医院、嘉陵索道、沧白路于洪崖洞与南国丽景之间设千厮门嘉陵江大桥跨越嘉陵江,跨过嘉陵江后线路接江北城中央商务区,与江北城大街南路和金沙路相交。本项目墩身及盖梁施工包括P1、P3两个辅助墩及C/D匝道及桥台台身,具体工程量见表2.1-1、2.1-2:表2.1-1 自然条件1)气象工程区域属亚热带湿润气候,具冬暖春早、雨量充沛、夜雨多、空气湿度大、云雾多、日照偏少等特点,年平均气温为18.018.8。2)气温多年平均气温18.3,月平均最高气温是8月为28.1,月平均最低气温在1月为5.7,日最高气温43.0(2006年8月15日),日最低气温-1.8。3)降水量多年平均降水量1082.6mm左右,降雨多集中在59月,降雨最高达746.1mm左右,日降雨量大于25mm以上的大暴雨日数占全年降雨日数的62%左右,小时最大降雨量可达62.1mm,最大日降雨量达266.7mm(2007年7月17日)。4)湿度多年平均相对湿度79%左右,绝对湿度17.7hPa左右,最热月份相对湿度70%左右,最冷月份相对湿度81%左右。5)风全年主导风向为北,频率13%左右,夏季主导风向为北西,频率10%左右,年平均风速为1.3m/s左右,最大风速为26.7m/s。2.1.4 工程地质根椐地质勘察资料:本工程沿线处露地层为侏罗系中统沙溪庙组沉积岩层和第四系全新统土层。表层主要为第四系因人类工程活动堆填的人工填土;下伏基岩为侏罗系中统沙溪庙组陆相沉积岩层,主要岩性可划分为砂岩、砂质泥岩。1)地形、地貌大桥位于嘉陵江河口段,曾家岩弯道下游的金沙碛滩段,下距朝天门河口0.8km。嘉陵江经曾家岩弯道后逐渐放宽,至千厮门弯道,河面宽度由不足300m放宽至1000m。工程河段属宽浅河段,“U”形河槽,其中右岸为冲刷岸,岸壁陡峻,区域内人口密集、高楼林立、建筑密度大;左岸为淤积岸,边滩发育,岸坡平缓,区域内已完成旧城综合改造,路网完善、部分土地尚未开发。枯水时水流坐弯,洪水时则水流直冲金沙碛滩面。2)水文千厮门大桥跨越嘉陵江河流,江水自西向东流,在朝天门汇入长江,平均水面坡降0.28,最大流量44800m3/s,最小流量242m3/s,多年平均流量2160 m3/s,江面宽450500m,平均流速0.16.0m/s ,平均含沙量2.372kg/m3。2009年三峡水库完全投入使用后,三峡大坝坝顶高程185m(吴淞高程、下同),正常蓄水位175m,防洪限制水位145m,枯水季低水位155m。水库调度运行方式为:每年5月末至6月初,坝前水位降至汛期防洪限制水位145m;汛期6-9月,水库一般维持此低水位运行,遇大洪水时期根据下游情况,水库排洪蓄水,库水位抬高,洪峰过后,仍降到145m运行;汛末10月,水库充水,水位逐步升高到175m;11月到次年4月,水库尽量维持在高水位。成库后,朝天门五年一遇洪水位184.3m(黄海高程、下同)、十年一遇水位186.7m、二十年一遇水位188.6m、五十年一遇水位190.9m、一百年一遇洪水位192.7m。3)航道千厮门嘉陵江大桥河段通航标准为国家级航道。设计通航常水位+175.0m(吴淞高程),通航净高18m。4)地震大桥桥墩区抗震基本烈度为VI度,按VII级设防。2.2、施工平面布置1)塔吊布置在P3墩渝中侧承台边布置一台125t.m塔吊,并兼顾距DP0、CP9。在P1墩上游侧设置一台125t.m塔吊,距P1墩承台边约6米。2)临时材料堆场P1墩墩身施工期间受水位影响,可在靠P1墩侧不受水位影响的洪崖洞停车场前端设置一个临时材料堆场,根据每天材料用量由交通船及时运输备料。在距DP8#墩10米处设置一个临时堆场, P3墩及DP9、DP8、DP7、CP0、CP1、CP2各墩施工材料按顺序堆放于临时场地,其余各墩分别在墩旁设置。图2.2-1 施工平面布置图3)进场道路进场道路为原桩基承台施工临时通道,考虑后期受洪水水位影响,靠江侧P3、CP0、DP9墩施工作业时墩身处于水中,人员上下考虑在岸侧与墩之间搭设安全通道。其它各墩均为原施工通道,可根据现场实际情况进行适当调整。2.3、主要施工方法2.3.1 关键施工工序及施工难点1)设备选型千厮门嘉陵江大桥C/D匝道墩需要充分利用塔吊进行施工作业,所选塔吊需要同时满足几个墩施工,设备工作强度大,性能要求高。2)组织难度大P1墩位于渝中区侧已建嘉滨路桥下,无法修建便道,材料、机械等通过船运至施工现场,混凝土浇筑在桥上利用泵车进行,需与有关部门协调,占用半幅公路。3)交叉作业复杂A0桥台紧靠洪崖洞建筑群,并与轨道交通隧道、沧白路相接,且该处管网复杂,受外界干扰影响大;4)墩身高度最高为56m,安全风险高,混凝土泵送较困难,且混凝土外观质量要求高。2.3.2 墩身及盖梁施工顺序及模板配套根据水位施工期特点,靠江侧墩身必须在水位上涨前将施工高度抢出并高于水位高度。受水位影响最大的为P1墩,其次是P3/CP0/DP9墩,其它各墩基本不受水位影响,拟投入两套模板分别抢施工P1、P3墩。其它各墩对工期影响不大,拟考虑模板周转使用。墩身尺寸及分段如表2.3-1所示。盖梁施工时先加工一套P1墩盖梁模板,P1墩盖梁施工完成后对模板进行适当修改,然后施工P3墩盖梁。后续盖梁模板均由辅助墩盖梁模板修改加工而成,逐一按照进度计划进行施工。 400m; 最大理论混凝土输出能力:高压输送55m3/h ,低压输送87m3/h; 最大混凝土压力:201bar ; 发动机功率: 264kw。HBT90-21-220S混凝土泵主要技术数据:泵送高度:450m; 最大理论混凝土输出能力:高压输送 55 m3/h ,低压输送95m3/h;发动机功率:220kW。 为考虑后期洪水影响,泵管沿栈桥与墩身灯笼梯之间临时通道布置,并附着在梯子上向上布置。受洪水影响的为P3、CP0、DP9墩需要混凝土泵泵送,其它墩不受洪水影响,直接接泵管即可。图2.4-1
