A.全面地覆盖着氧化皮而几乎没有铁锈的钢材表面;B.已发生锈蚀,并且部分氧化皮已经剥落的钢材表面;C.氧化皮已因锈蚀而剥落,或者可以刮除,并且有少量点蚀的钢材表面;D.氧化皮已因锈蚀而全面剥离,并且已普遍发生点蚀的钢材表面。2、本工程暂停部位的钢筋锈蚀程度:2.1地下室顶板以上预留的框架柱、楼梯等钢筋(包括箍筋、构造钢筋等)的氧化皮已因锈蚀而剥落,并且有少量钢材表面出现点蚀现象,钢筋锈蚀程度属C级。 2.2地下室顶板以下预留的柱、梁、墙、板、楼梯等钢筋(包括箍筋、构造钢筋等)的氧化皮已因锈蚀而全面剥离,并且钢材表面已普遍发生点蚀现象,钢筋锈蚀程度属D级。2.3施工现场已进场但尚未使用的钢筋锈蚀程度属C级。3.钢筋除锈的常用方法:钢筋除锈的方法有多种,常用的有人工除锈、钢筋除锈机除锈和化学法除锈等。 3.1人工除锈 手工除锈的工具有榔头、铲刀、刮刀、钢丝刷等,一般厚的锈斑用榔头敲松再用铲刀铲除。劳动强度大,除锈效率低,一般0.20.5/h,环境恶劣,难以除去氧化皮等污物,除锈效果不佳,难以达到规定的清洁度和粗糙度,已逐步被机械方法和化学方法所替代。但在作业困难区域,也多应用手工除锈。 3.2.机械除锈 机械除锈的工具和工艺较多,其中主要如下。 小型风动或电动除锈。主要以电或压缩空气为动力,装配适当的除锈装置,进行往复运动或旋转运动,以适应各种场合的除锈要求。如角向磨光机、钢丝刷、风动针束除锈器、风动敲锈锤、齿型旋转除锈器等,属于半机械化设备,工具轻巧、机动性大,能较彻底去除锈、旧涂层等,能对涂层进行打毛处理,效率比手工除锈大大提高,可达12/h,但不能除去氧化皮,表面粗糙度较小,不能达到优质的表面处理质量,工效较喷射处理低。可在任何部位使用。 喷砂除锈。主要以颗粒喷射冲蚀作用构成的以达到表面清洁和适宜的粗糙度,设备包括敞开式喷丸(砂)除锈机、密闭式喷丸(砂室)、真空喷丸(砂)机。敞开式喷丸(砂)机应用较为广泛,能较为彻底地清除金属表面所有的杂质,如氧化皮、锈蚀和旧漆膜,除锈效率高45/h,机械程度高,除锈质量好。3.3除锈剂除锈(化学除锈) 除锈一直是金属加工行业,机械工业,造船工业,建筑行业等行业的普遍需求,过程繁琐,劳动强度大,污染严重。长期以来依靠酸洗,抛丸,人工打磨等方法进行除锈,不仅费时费力,污染严重,而且除锈后的金属表面如不及时保护,很容易又生锈。除锈剂喷涂在各种金属表面,可浸透到各个细微缝隙中进行化学反应除去铁氧化物,同时在金属表面形成具有耐蚀性能的防护膜,又可形成一种如同油漆一样的高分子复合结构。尤其是形成的复合结构薄膜与金属紧密结合在一起,膜层均匀全面,在进行油漆、混凝土作业时可提高作业效果。除锈剂的产品优点:A、采用低压喷雾、涂刷、滚涂等简单方法可短时间内除去铁及铁合金金属的锈,可一次性完成除锈、形成复合结构两种功能。B、金属表面形成高分子复合膜后,不需要别的作业即可进行涂油漆或混凝土浇筑。除锈后的金属表面,不需水洗过程,可直接进行下道工序。C、常温下可发挥最佳效果,涂在金属表面可提高油漆、混凝土与金属表面的结合性、耐久性;D、成分中不含有重金属,作为水溶性物质,不污染环境;E、处理过的金属表面对焊接、电镀、喷漆不会产生影响;F、不易燃、非爆品、无刺激性气味;复合薄膜不溶于氯化物、硫化物及重金属等;G、除锈剂形成的高分子复合结构薄膜具有较强的防锈效果,裸露空气中防锈期可达15天1 个月。4.本工程拟采用的除锈方法根据本工程钢筋除锈量大的实际情况,除预留钢筋的根部采用机械除锈和作业困难区域配合手工除锈外,其余钢筋均拟采用除锈剂除锈方法,以确保钢筋除锈效果。具体部位及相应的除锈方法如下:4.1施工作业面的地下室顶板以上已预留的全部钢筋采用除锈剂除锈,直接用除锈剂进行两三次除锈处理。混凝土交接处的预留钢筋的根部采用机械除锈后再采用除锈剂除锈。4.2施工作业面的地下室顶板以下已预留的全部钢筋先采用机械除锈(作业困难区域采用手工除锈),再采用除锈剂进行两次除锈处理。4.3已进场未使用的全部钢筋均先采用机械除锈,再采用除锈剂进行一次除锈处理。5、除锈剂使用方法5.1作业前应清除钢筋表面油渍、油脂及附着在钢筋表面的砂浆或混凝土。5.2采用低压喷雾、涂刷、滚刷、浸渍等方法操作。5.3根据锈蚀情况,大部分可一次性处理解决,锈蚀严重的要求进行两次或三次处理。除锈剂可采用原液或进行23倍的稀释,采用涂刷、喷雾除锈要比浸渍除锈所用除锈剂的浓度要高;较轻锈蚀除锈时间为1020分钟,严重锈蚀除锈时间约为34小时,对于锈蚀严重的金属,在进行喷砂、吹粒处理后,再使用除锈剂效果更佳。5.3处理后的钢筋表面等干燥到用手接触无粘合感的程度,即可进行混凝土施工。5.4使用除锈剂除锈过程中施工人员要注意佩戴眼镜和口罩,并搭设操作平台确保安全施工,雨湿天气不宜除锈。人工及机械除锈后的钢筋应及时用薄膜覆盖。(三)、除锈处理后如钢筋截面不满足设计要求时的植筋处理钢筋经除锈处理后质量检查:施工单位对经除锈处理的钢筋的除锈质量进行自检,对除锈不到位或除锈质量达不到验收要求的部位增加除锈剂涂刷遍数并配合人工除锈,直到除锈质量达到验收要求为止。钢筋除锈质量达到验收要求后,由建设单位、监理单位、施工单位共同对经除锈后的钢筋重量偏差进行现场取样送检,如钢筋重量偏差检测不符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204-2002(2011版)之表5.3.2A条规定,拟采取植筋处理措施,用于植筋的钢筋规格、根数由设计确定;植筋处理工作流程如下:1.施工准备1.1工程量确认:根据现场实际情况,及时办理好需要进行植筋的工程量。1.2劳动力及施工机具的配置要根据工期要求进行,以保证工期和质量要求为宗旨,并根据现场情况及时调整。1.3施工用水、电、及材料机械到位。2.定位、钻孔2.1定位:开始钻孔施工前,必须要将结构面清理干净,由技术人员放线标明钢筋锚固点的钻孔位置,钻孔位置查标明后由现场负责人验线。 2.2钻孔:钻孔时严格按设计要求施工,钻孔时要尽量避开原结构钢筋。钻孔周围灰尘清理干净,用气泵、毛刷清孔,清刷完毕后,要使孔洞内最终达到清洁干燥。用干净棉丝将清洁过的孔洞严密封堵,以防有灰尘和异物落入。 3钢筋清理 3.1锚固用钢筋必须做好除锈清理,除锈长度大于锚固长度5左右,锚固用钢筋的型号、规格要严格按图纸设计要求选用。 3.2用钢丝刷将除锈清理长度范围内的钢筋表面打打磨出光泽。 3.3将所有处理完的钢筋码放整齐,现场负责人检查清理工作,请监理验收。 4锚固 将注胶枪嘴插入孔内,缓慢将胶注入孔内,注胶量以钢筋插入后锚固胶将孔内填满,锚固胶从孔内溢出为准。根据植入深度(12d15d,d为钢筋的直径)在处理好的钢筋除锈端做明显标记,然后插向孔洞,一边插一边向同一方向缓慢旋转,直至到过孔洞底部为止,此时应有锚固胶从孔洞内溢出。 5成品保护 对植好的钢筋应做好保护工作,以防在锚固用胶固化时间内,钢筋被摇摆或碰撞。 6验收 植筋工作完成后,建设、监理、施工单位共同对植筋质量进行检查验收,同时按JGJ145-2004混凝土结构后锚固技术规程附录A第2.2条规定,对所植钢筋按“同规格、同型号、基本相同部位组成一个检验批,抽取数量按每批总数的1计算,且不少于3根”的要求,报请检测单位随机对植筋进行拉拔试验,并提供拉拔试验报告。 7质量保证措施 7.1严格按照相关的规范、规程及设计要求进行施工。 7.2钻孔位置线放完后,报请相关单位验线。 7.3钻孔完成后,必须将孔清理干净,做到孔内清洁干燥,无粉尘,植筋用钢筋必须清理,打磨出光泽,清孔和钢筋清理完成后,报监理验收,做好隐检记录。 7.4锚固用胶需有产品合格证,各项技术指标应达到规范定的数值,锚固用胶必须严格按产品说明配制使用。 (四)、新旧混凝土结合面处理1.旧混凝土结合面施工处理 当旧混凝土质量较好时,采用人工将结合面进行凿糙处理,露出石子。对旧混凝土面层局部已风化、锈水污染或严重破损时,应将其彻底消除至坚实层为止。 2.结合面上涂刷界面剂 浇筑混凝土前,在经人工凿糙处理的旧混凝土结合面上涂刷水泥砂浆或界面处理剂,以提高新旧混凝土的粘结强度,并增强结合面的抗渗能力。 3.新浇筑混凝土的水灰比和坍落度要求 适当减小新浇筑混凝土的水灰比和坍落度,提高新浇筑混凝土强度,以增加新、旧混凝土结合面的粘结力。新浇混凝土宜采用流动性低、水灰比小、强度高的混凝土。本工程新浇筑混凝土的强度拟定比原设计的混凝土强度提高一个等级。 4.振捣密实 新旧混凝土结合面处钢筋布置均较密集,给振捣带来困难,施工班组应安排专人仔细振捣,项目部派专人跟踪监督检查,确保新旧混凝土结合处振捣密实,必要时使用膨胀水泥等措施。 5.加强养护 浇筑12h内就开始养护,养护期为14d。如果养护不及时、早期脱水、过早受振动等影响,将降低结合面粘结强度、严重时还会造成结合面开裂。 四、钢筋除锈成本分析(一)、处理方案1施工作业面的地下室顶板以上已预留的全部钢筋采用除锈剂除锈,直接用除锈剂进行两三次除锈处理。2施工作业面的地下室顶板以下已预留的全部钢筋先采用机械除锈,再采用除锈剂进行两次除锈处理。4.3已进场未使用的全部钢筋均先采用机械除锈,再采用除锈剂进行一次除锈处理。(二)、成本分析1、施工作业面的地下室顶板以上已预留钢筋锈蚀程度属C级,采用除锈剂进行两三次除锈处理。每吨除锈成本为:1275元/吨(除锈剂除锈)+95元/吨(脚手架)+160元/吨(结合面处理)=1530元/吨,成本计算方法以下:1.1以直径18钢筋为例,每吨钢筋每次用除锈剂15kg,除锈剂单价26元/kg,用工0.8工日,人工单价150元/工日,除锈剂每吨钢筋每次除锈成本15kg ×26元/kg +0.8工日×150元/工日=510元。平均按涂刷2.5次除锈剂处理,合计每吨钢筋除锈剂除锈费用为510元/次×2.5次=1275元。1.2脚手架费人工材料费95元/吨(钢筋扣件租赁35元/吨、搭拆60元/吨)。1.3除锈后的混凝土结合面处理:凿除污染、风化、松散的混凝土表面,并清理冲洗干净,费用160元/吨。2、施工作业面的地下室顶板以下已预留的全部钢筋,钢筋锈蚀程度属D级,先采用机械除锈,再采用除锈剂进行两次除锈处理。每吨除锈成本为:480元/吨(机械除锈)+1020元/吨(除锈剂除锈)+95元/吨(脚手架)+160元/吨(结合面处理)=1755元/吨,成本计算方法以下:2.1以直径18钢筋为例,机械除锈每吨钢筋用工3.2工日(含人工除锈用工),人工单价150元/工日,3.2工日×150元/工日=480元2.2以直径18钢筋为例,每吨钢筋每次用除锈剂15kg,除锈剂单价26元/kg,用工0.8工日,人工单价150元/工日,除锈剂每吨钢筋每次涂刷成本15kg
