奥巴马离任演讲稿(全文)本地时候1月10日21时(北京时候11日10时),马上离任的美国总统奥巴马在其第二家乡芝加哥揭晓离任演讲,回首本人八年来的总统任期。以下为您带来奥巴马离任演讲稿全文及中文翻译,接待扫瞄!奥巴马离任演讲稿(全文)Itsgoodtobehome.MyfellowAmericans,MichelleandIhavebeensotouchedbyallthewell-wisheswevereceivedoverthepastfewweeks.Buttonightitsmyturntosaythanks.Whetherweveseeneye-to-eyeorrarelyagreedatall,myconversationswithyou,theAmericanpeopleinlivingroomsandschools;atfarmsandonfactoryfloors;atdinersandondistantoutpostsarewhathavekeptmehonest,keptmeinspired,andkeptmegoing.Everyday,Ilearnedfromyou.YoumademeabetterPresident,andyoumademeabetterman.IfirstcametoChicagowhenIwasinmyearlytwenties,stilltryingtofigureoutwhoIwas;stillsearchingforapurposetomylife.ItwasinneighborhoodsnotfarfromherewhereIbeganworkingwithchurchgroupsintheshadowsofclosedsteelmills.ItwasonthesestreetswhereIwitnessedthepoweroffaith,andthequietdignityofworkingpeopleinthefaceofstruggleandloss.ThisiswhereIlearnedthatchangeonlyhappenswhenordinarypeoplegetinvolved,getengaged,andcometogethertodemandit.AftereightyearsasyourPresident,Istillbelievethat.Anditsnotjustmybelief.ItsthebeatingheartofourAmericanideaourboldexperimentinself-government.Itstheconvictionthatweareallcreatedequal,endowedbyourCreatorwithcertainunalienablerights,amongthemlife,liberty,andthepursuitofhappiness.Itstheinsistencethattheserights,whileself-evident,haveneverbeenself-executing;thatWe,thePeople,throughtheinstrumentofourdemocracy,canformamoreperfectunion.ThisisthegreatgiftourFoundersgaveus.Thefreedomtochaseourinpidualdreamsthroughoursweat,toil,andimaginationandtheimperativetostrivetogetheraswell,toachieveagreatergood.For240years,ournationscalltocitizenshiphasgivenworkandpurposetoeachnewgeneration.Itswhatledpatriotstochooserepublicovertyranny,pioneerstotrekwest,slavestobravethatmakeshiftrailroadtofreedom.ItswhatpulledimmigrantsandrefugeesacrossoceansandtheRioGrande,pushedwomentoreachfortheballot,poweredworkerstoorganize.ItswhyGIsgavetheirlivesatOmahaBeachandIwoJima;IraqandAfghanistanandwhymenandwomenfromSelmatoStonewallwerepreparedtogivetheirsaswell.SothatswhatwemeanwhenwesayAmericaisexceptional.Notthatournationhasbeenflawlessfromthestart,butthatwehaveshownthecapacitytochange,andmakelifebetterforthosewhofollow.Yes,ourprogresshasbeenuneven.Theworkofdemocracyhasalwaysbeenhard,contentiousandsometimesbloody.Foreverytwostepsforward,itoftenfeelswetakeonestepback.ButthelongsweepofAmericahasbeendefinedbyforwardmotion,aconstantwideningofourfoundingcreedtoembraceall,andnotjustsome.IfIhadtoldyoueightyearsagothatAmericawouldreverseagreatrecession,rebootourautoindustry,andunleashthelongeststretchofjobcreationinourhistoryifIhadtoldyouthatwewouldopenupanewchapterwiththeCubanpeople,shutdownIransnuclearweaponsprogramwithoutfiringashot,andtakeoutthemastermindof9/11ifIhadtoldyouthatwewouldwinmarriageequality,andsecuretherighttohealthinsuranceforanother20millionofourfellowcitizensyoumighthavesaidoursightsweresetalittletoohigh.Butthatswhatwedid.Thatswhatyoudid.Youwerethechange.Youansweredpeopleshopes,andbecauseofyou,byalmosteverymeasure,Americaisabetter,strongerplacethanitwaswhenwestarted.Intendays,theworldwillwitnessahallmarkofourdemocracy:thepeacefultransferofpowerfromonefreely-electedpresidenttothenext.IcommittedtoPresident-ElectTrumpthatmyadministrationwouldensurethesmoothestpossibletransition,justasPresidentBushdidforme.Becauseitsuptoallofustomakesureourgovernmentcanhelpusmeetthemanychallengeswestillface.Wehavewhatweneedtodoso.Afterall,weremainthewealthiest,mostpowerful,andmostrespectednationonEarth.Ouryouthanddrive,ourpersityandopenness,ourboundlesscapacityforriskandreinventionmeanthatthefutureshouldbeours.Butthatpotentialwillberealizedonlyifourdemocracyworks.Onlyifourpoliticsreflectsthedecencyoftheourpeople.Onlyifallofus,regardlessofourpartyaffiliationorparticularinterest,helprestorethesenseofcommonpurposethatwesobadlyneedrightnow.ThatswhatIwanttofocusontonightthestateofourdemocracy.Understand,democracydoesnotrequireuniformity.Ourfoundersquarreledandcompromised,andexpectedustodothesame.Buttheyknewthatdemocracydoesrequireabasicsenseofsolidaritytheideathatforallouroutwarddifferences,weareallinthistogether;thatweriseorfallasone.Therehavebeenmomentsthroughoutourhistorythatthreatenedtorupturethatsolidarity.Thebeginningofthiscenturyhasbeenoneofthosetimes.Ashrinkingworld,growinginequality;demographicchangeandthespecterofterrorismtheseforceshaventjusttestedoursecurityandprosperity,butourdemocracyaswell.Andhowwemeetthesechallengestoourdemocracywilldetermineourabilitytoeducateourkids,andcreategoodjobs,andprotectourhomeland.Inotherwords,itwilldetermineourfuture.Ourdemocracywontworkwithoutasensethateveryonehaseconomicopportunity.Today,theeconomyisgrowingagain;wages,incomes,homevalues,andretirementaccountsarerisingagain;povertyisfallingagain.Thewealthyarepayingafairershareoftaxesevenasthestockmarketshattersrecords.Theunemploymentrateisnearaten-yearlow.Theuninsuredratehasnever,everbeenlower.Healthcarecostsarerisingattheslowestrateinfiftyyears.AndifanyonecanputtogetheraplanthatisdemonstrablybetterthantheimprovementswevemadetoourhealthcaresystemthatcoversasmanypeopleatlesscostIwillpubliclysupportit.That,afterall,iswhyweservetomakepeopleslivesbetter,notworse.Butforalltherealprogresswevemade,weknowitsnotenough.Oureconomydoesntworkaswellorgrowasfastwhenafewprosperattheexpenseofagrowingmiddleclass.Butstarkinequalityisalsocorrosivetoourdemocraticprinciples.Whilethetoponepercenthasamassedabiggershareofwealthandincome,toomanyfamilies,ininnercitiesandruralcounties,havebeenleftbehindthelaid-offfactoryworker;thewaitressandhealthcareworkerwhostruggletopaythebillsconvincedthatthegameisfixedagainstthem,thattheirgovernmentonlyservestheinterestsofthepowerfularecipeformorecynicismandpolarizationinourpolitics.Therearenoquickfixestothislong-termtrend.Iagreethatourtradeshouldbefairandnotjustfree.Butthenextwaveofeconomicdislocationwontcomefromoverseas.Itwillcomefromtherelentlesspaceofautomationthatmakesmanygood,middle-classjobsobsolete.Andsowemustforgeanewsocialcompacttoguaranteeallourkidstheeducationtheyneed;togiveworkersthepowertounionizeforbetterwages;toupdatethesocialsafetynettoreflectthewaywelivenowandmakemorereformstothetaxcodesocorporationsandinpidualswhoreapthemostfromtheneweconomydontavoidtheirobligationstothecountrythatsmadetheirsuccesspossible.Wecanargueabouthowtobestachievethesegoals.Butwecantbecomplacentaboutthegoalsthemselves.Forifwedontcreateopportunityforallpeople,thedisaffectionandpisionthathasstalledourprogresswillonlysharpeninyearstocome.Theresasecondthreattoourdemocracyoneasoldasournationitself.Aftermyelection,therewastalkofapost-racialAmerica.Suchavision,howeverwell-intended,wasneverrealistic.Forraceremainsapotentandoftenpisiveforceinoursociety.Ivelivedlongenoughtoknowthatracerelationsarebetterthantheywereten,ortwenty,orthirtyyearsagoyoucanseeitnotjustinstatistics,butintheattitudesofyoungAmericansacrossthepoliticalspectrum.Butwerenotwhereweneedtobe.Allofushavemoreworktodo.Afterall,ifeveryeconomicissueisframedasastrugglebetweenahardworkingwhitemiddleclassandundeservingminorities,thenworkersofallshadeswillbeleftfightingforscrapswhilethewealthywithdrawfurtherintotheirprivateenclaves.Ifwedeclinetoinvestinthechildrenofimmigrants,justbecausetheydontlooklikeus,wediminishtheprospectsofourownchildrenbecausethosebrownkidswillrepresentalargershareofAmericasworkforce.Andoureconomydoesnthavetobeazero-sumgame.Lastyear,incomesroseforallraces,allagegroups,formenandforwomen.Goingforward,wemustupholdlawsagainstdiscriminationinhiring,inhousing,ineducationandthecriminaljusticesystem.ThatswhatourConstitutionandhighestidealsrequire.Butlawsalonewontbeenough.Heartsmustchange.Ifourdemocracyistoworkinthisincreasinglypersenation,eachoneofusmusttrytoheedtheadviceofoneofthegreatcharactersinAmericanfiction,AtticusFinch,whosaidYouneverreallyunderstandapersonuntilyouconsiderthingsfromhispointofviewuntilyouclimbintohisskinandwalkaroundinit.Forblacksandotherminorities,itmeanstyingourownstrugglesforjusticetothechallengesthatalotofpeopleinthiscountryfacetherefugee,theimmigrant,theruralpoor,thetransgenderAmerican,andalsothemiddle-agedwhitemanwhofromtheoutsidemayseemlikehesgotalltheadvantages,butwhosseenhisworldupendedbyeconomic,cultural,andtechnologicalchange.ForwhiteAmericans,itmeansacknowledgingthattheeffectsofslaveryandJimCrowdidntsuddenlyvanishinthe60s;thatwhenminoritygroupsvoicediscontent,theyrenotjustengaginginreverseracismorpracticingpoliticalcorrectness;thatwhentheywagepeacefulprotest,theyrenotdemandingspecialtreatment,buttheequaltreatmentourFounderspromised.Fornative-bornAmericans,itmeansremindingourselvesthatthestereotypesaboutimmigrantstodayweresaid,almostwordforword,abouttheIrish,Italians,andPoles.Americawasntweakenedbythepresenceofthesenewcomers;theyembracedthisnationscreed,anditwasstrengthened.Soregardlessofthestationweoccupy;wehavetotryharder;tostartwiththepremisethateachofourfellowcitizenslovesthiscountryjustasmuchaswedo;thattheyvaluehardworkandfamilylikewedo;thattheirchildrenarejustascuriousandhopefulandworthyofloveasourown.Noneofthisiseasy.Fortoomanyofus,itsbecomesafertoretreatintoourownbubbles,whetherinourneighborhoodsorcollegecampusesorplacesofworshiporoursocialmediafeeds,surroundedbypeoplewholooklikeusandsharethesamepoliticaloutlookandneverchallengeourassumptions.Theriseofnakedpartisanship,increasingeconomicandregionalstratification,thesplinteringofourmediaintoachannelforeverytasteallthismakesthisgreatsortingseemnatural,eveninevitable.Andincreasingly,webecomesosecureinourbubblesthatweacceptonlyinformation,whethertrueornot,thatfitsouropinions,insteadofbasingouropinionsontheevidencethatsoutthere.Thistrendrepresentsathirdthreattoourdemocracy.Politicsisabattleofideas;inthecourseofahealthydebate,wellprioritizedifferentgoals,andthedifferentmeansofreachingthem.Butwithoutsomecommonbaselineoffacts;withoutawillingnesstoadmitnewinformation,andconcedethatyouropponentismakingafairpoint,andthatscienceandreasonmatter,wellkeeptalkingpasteachother,makingcommongroundandcompromiseimpossible.Isntthatpartofwhatmakespoliticssodispiriting?Howcanelectedofficialsrageaboutdeficitswhenweproposetospendmoneyonpreschoolforkids,butnotwhenwerecuttingtaxesforcorporations?Howdoweexcuseethicallapsesinourownparty,butpouncewhentheotherpartydoesthesamething?Itsnotjustdishonest,thisselectivesortingofthefacts;itsself-defeating.Becauseasmymotherusedtotellme,realityhasawayofcatchingupwithyou.Takethechallengeofclimatechange.Injusteightyears,wevehalvedourdependenceonforeignoil,doubledourrenewableenergy,andledtheworldtoanagreementthathasthepromisetosavethisplanet.Butwithoutbolderaction,ourchildrenwonthavetimetodebatetheexistenceofclimatechange;theyllbebusydealingwithitseffects:environmentaldisasters,economicdisruptions,andwavesofclimaterefugeesseekingsanctuary.Now,wecanandshouldargueaboutthebestapproachtotheproblem.Buttosimplydenytheproblemnotonlybetraysfuturegenerations;itbetraystheessentialspiritofinnovationandpracticalproblem-solvingthatguidedourFounders.Itsthatspirit,bornoftheEnlightenment,thatmadeusaneconomicpowerhousethespiritthattookflightatKittyHawkandCapeCanaveral;thespiritthatthatcuresdiseaseandputacomputerineverypocket.Itsthatspiritafaithinreason,andenterprise,andtheprimacyofrightovermight,thatallowedustoresistthelureoffascismandtyrannyduringtheGreatDepression,andbuildapost-WorldWarIIorderwithotherdemocracies,anorderbasednotjustonmilitarypowerornationalaffiliationsbutonprinciplestheruleoflaw,humanrights,freedomsofreligion,speech,assembly,andanindependentpress.ThatorderisnowbeingchallengedfirstbyviolentfanaticswhoclaimtospeakforIslam;morerecentlybyautocratsinforeigncapitalswhoseefreemarkets,opendemocracies,andcivilsocietyitselfasathreattotheirpower.Theperileachposestoourdemocracyismorefar-reachingthanacarbomboramissile.Itrepresentsthefearofchange;thefearofpeoplewholookorspeakorpraydifferently;acontemptfortheruleoflawthatholdsleadersaccountable;anintoleranceofdissentandfreethought;abeliefthattheswordorthegunorthebomborpropagandamachineistheultimatearbiterofwhatstrueandwhatsright.Becauseoftheextraordinarycourageofourmenandwomeninuniform,andtheintelligenceofficers,lawenforcement,anddiplomatswhosupportthem,noforeignterroristorganizationhassuccessfullyplannedandexecutedanattackonourhomelandthesepasteightyears;andalthoughBostonandOrlandoremindusofhowdangerousradicalizationcanbe,ourlawenforcementagenciesaremoreeffectiveandvigilantthanever.WevetakenouttensofthousandsofterroristsincludingOsamabinLaden.TheglobalcoalitionwereleadingagainstISILhastakenouttheirleaders,andtakenawayabouthalftheirterritory.ISILwillbedestroyed,andnoonewhothreatensAmericawilleverbesafe.Toallwhoserve,ithasbeenthehonorofmylifetimetobeyourCommander-in-Chief.Butprotectingourwayofliferequiresmorethanourmilitary.Democracycanbucklewhenwegiveintofear.Sojustaswe,ascitizens,mustremainvigilantagainstexternalaggression,wemustguardagainstaweakeningofthevaluesthatmakeuswhoweare.Thatswhy,forthepasteightyears,Iveworkedtoputthefightagainstterrorismonafirmlegalfooting.Thatswhyweveendedtorture,workedtocloseGitmo,andreformourlawsgoverningsurveillancetoprotectprivacyandcivilliberties.ThatswhyIrejectdiscriminationagainstMuslimAmericans.Thatswhywecannotwithdrawfromglobalfightstoexpanddemocracy,andhumanrights,womensrights,andLGBTrightsnomatterhowimperfectourefforts,nomatterhowexpedientignoringsuchvaluesmayseem.Forthefightagainstextremismandintoleranceandsectarianismareofapiecewiththefightagainstauthoritarianismandnationalistaggression.Ifthescopeoffreedomandrespectfortheruleoflawshrinksaroundtheworld,thelikelihoodofwarwithinandbetweennationsincreases,andourownfreedomswilleventuallybethreatened.Soletsbevigilant,butnotafraid.ISILwilltrytokillinnocentpeople.ButtheycannotdefeatAmericaunlesswebetrayourConstitutionandourprinciplesinthefight.RivalslikeRussiaorChinacannotmatchourinfluencearoundtheworldunlesswegiveupwhatwestandfor,andturnourselvesintojustanotherbigcountrythatbulliessmallerneighbors.Whichbringsmetomyfinalpointourdemocracyisthreatenedwheneverwetakeitforgranted.Allofus,regardlessofparty,shouldthrowourselvesintothetaskofrebuildingourdemocraticinstitutions.Whenvotingratesaresomeofthelowestamongadvanceddemocracies,weshouldmakeiteasier,notharder,tovote.Whentrustinourinstitutionsislow,weshouldreducethecorrosiveinfluenceofmoneyinourpolitics,andinsistontheprinciplesoftransparencyandethicsinpublicservice.WhenCongressisdysfunctional,weshoulddrawourdistrictstoencouragepoliticianstocatertocommonsenseandnotrigidextremes.Andallofthisdependsonourparticipation;oneachofusacceptingtheresponsibilityofcitizenship,regardlessofwhichwaythependulumofpowerswings.OurConstitutionisaremarkable,beautifulgift.Butitsreallyjustapieceofparchment.Ithasnopoweronitsown.We,thepeople,giveitpowerwithourparticipation,andthechoiceswemake.Whetherornotwestandupforourfreedoms.Whetherornotwerespectandenforcetheruleoflaw.Americaisnofragilething.Buttheg
