construction1、前言从2005年我国掀起高速铁路建设第一轮施工高潮以来,目前我国已经进入了第二轮高铁建设高潮,而高速铁路900吨现浇箱梁的施工技术也日臻完善。现浇梁的施工主要有移动模架制梁、碗扣支架现浇梁、满堂支架现浇梁、工字钢支架膺架现浇梁、贝雷梁支架膺架现浇梁等等很多的形式。在膺架制梁的施工技术中,基本上都需要对支架基础进行各种处理,而地质条件的好坏又关系基础处理费用和成本。在实际施工中,具体施工方案确定是依据其施工成本综合来考虑的。在膺架制梁中采用双层贝雷梁施工技术,支架支立在承台上而不需地基处理的施工方法在实际施工中用得还不多。本文以厦深铁路32米现浇梁为依据对双层贝雷梁施工技术进行了探讨和研究,解决了结构的检算、结构加固和施工等难题,为膺架现浇梁的施工技术开辟了一条途径。2、支架搭设2.1 材料选择支架搭设钢管采用630×8螺旋钢管;剪刀撑采用14槽钢;钢管顶上横梁采用2I63a工字钢;贝雷梁采用装配式公路贝雷梁;贝雷梁顶横梁采用I20a工字钢;箱梁模板采用拼装式整体钢模板;标高调节和落模采用16吨螺旋式千斤顶。2.2 支架搭设在承台支立一排5根630×8螺旋钢管,钢管间距2.4m。钢管安装之前测量放样,将钢管支立的位置在承台上标识出来。钢管安装要在一条直线上,垂直度不得大于0.5%,保证钢管顶在一条直线上,钢管轴心受压。钢管底用膨胀螺栓与承台锚固牢固,空隙部位要用钢板支垫牢固。桥墩施工时在墩顶以下4m和8m位置在钢管对应位置预埋钢板,用14槽钢将钢管固定在墩身上。钢管与钢管之间用14槽钢焊接剪刀撑,焊缝焊接饱满,不得有焊碴、焊瘤。在钢管顶安放2I63a工字钢,工字钢与工字钢之间用连接板焊接在一起。工字钢必须位于钢管桩的顶部中心位置,防止钢管桩偏心受压。工字钢长度不够时可以采用连接板进行对焊连接,接头位置必须位于钢管桩顶部位置。工字钢与钢管顶之间的空隙用不同厚度的钢板支垫密实,在每个钢管顶位置工字钢两侧用I16a工字钢斜撑牢固,确保工字钢稳定性。工字钢横梁上布置双层贝雷梁,翼缘板下布置4排双层贝雷梁;腹板位置布置6排双层贝雷梁;上盖板和下底板位置布置3排双层贝雷梁(半幅布置数量)。两片贝雷梁采用45花窗连接,在双层贝雷梁的上下层位置每隔4米用14槽钢横向将所有贝雷梁连接为一整体。翼缘板下4排贝雷梁在支点位置采用两根20加强竖杆,靠支垫位置上下各增加一根加强弦杆。腹板和底板位置贝雷梁在支点位置采用两根20加强竖杆,在离支点1.5m位置竖杆采用I8工字钢加强;在3.0m范围斜杆采用I8斜杆一根加强于原斜杆旁。在4.5m范围上下层贝雷梁采用加强弦杆加强。贝雷梁加强位置各加强杆件的焊接必须饱满,质量达到相关要求。贝雷梁上布置I20a工字钢横梁,横梁间距1.0m,其位置与钢模板背桁架一一对应。桁架与I20a工字钢之间布置16吨螺旋千斤顶,一排横向布置13个千斤顶。千斤顶也模板之间必须顶紧,保证其充分受力。3 支架计算3.1依据(1)通桥(2008)2221A、漳江双线特大桥设计图。(2)铁路桥梁钢结构设计规范16Mn钢=210Mpa,=120Mpa。(3)装配式公路钢桥多用途使用手册(4)公路施工手册3.2杆件截面验算与允许承载力验算(1)桁架弦杆容许轴力:弦杆截面积Am=25.48cm216Mn钢容许应力为=210Mpa,弦杆上为了安装风勾在开有椭圆形孔,故其强度会降低,取有效断面系数为0.809。(2)桁架竖杆容许应力:竖杆截面积Am=9.52cm216Mn钢容许应力为=210Mpa,由x =52.5 则稳定系数=0.818(3)桁架斜杆容许应力:斜杆截面积Am=9.52cm216Mn钢容许应力为=210Mpa,由x =74.2 则稳定系数=0.66(4)桁架容许刚度:3.3荷载设计值(1)模板和装配式钢桥自重:模板(千斤顶和贝雷梁上横梁重计入):装配式钢桥:模板和装配式钢桥自重设计值:61.4×1.2+47.84121.52(2)箱梁自重C50混凝土方量310.6m3;混凝土容重25KN/ m3C50混凝土重:310.6×25=7765 KN普通钢筋重:1.95+54.357=56.307t=563.57KN预应力钢筋重:117.25KN每孔梁重: 每孔梁重设计值:259.1×1.2=310.9KN/m(3)施工附加荷载:施工人员和施工设备:1.0×1.4×5.57.7 振捣混凝土产生的竖向荷载:1.0×1.4×5.5=7.7;倾倒混凝土时产生的冲击荷载:1.0×1.4×5.5=7.7施工附加荷载设计值:7.7×3=23.1荷载总值:3.4箱梁计算荷载模型划分(1)各部分面积计算:1/2箱梁截面划分为第部分;第部分;第部分各部分面积如下:A=2.16m2A=0.77 m2A=1.12 m2全截面总面积为:A总=8.76 m2(2)各部分沿梁长方向均部荷载计算:q=(2.16/8.76)×310.9=76.66KN/mq=(1.12/8.76)×310.9=39.75 KN/mq=(1.07/8.76)×310.9=37.98KN/m3.5双层贝雷梁检算装配式钢梁片数:一孔箱梁按装配式钢桥采用26排双层布置,共520片各片均匀受力(不考虑分配系数)。详细布置见下图。(1)第部分梁底布置6排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(76.6+121.52/26×6+23.1/26×6)/6=18.3KN/m(2)第部分梁底布置4排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(39.75+121.52/26×4+23.1/26×4)/4=15.5KN/m(3)第部分梁底布置3排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(37.98+121.52/26×3+23.1/26×3)/3=18.2KN/m计算时只需考虑荷载qmax=18.3 KN/m单排桁架为简支结构体系如右图:3.5.1建立模型单排双层模型验算(1)当q=18.3KN/m时,MIDAS建立单排双层模型如下:通过建模型计算得出给杆件轴力如下图:通过模型计算A、B、C三点出现各杆件轴力最大值,需对以上三点进行验算。A点下弦杆最大轴力为561.8KN>432.9KN不符合要求,支点上方竖杆最大轴力为257.9KN>163.5KN不符合要求,斜杆最大轴力为164.3KN>131.9KN不符合要求。B点上弦杆最大轴力为518.0KN>432.9KN不符合要求,需要对上弦杆进行加强处理。C点下弦杆最大轴力为561.7.1KN>432.9KN不符合要求,竖杆最大轴力为257.5KN>163.5KN不符合要求,斜杆最大轴力为154.5KN>131.9KN不符合要求。综上,从轴力分部图可以看出该结构是局部杆件强度不符合要求,可以对不符合要求的杆件进行加强其强度。加强方法:支点上竖杆用两根20,高1.4m,用为支座上竖杆加强,斜杆采用I8斜杆一根加强于原斜杆旁,其他竖杆加强采用I8竖杆加强于竖杆旁。(2)由MIDAS建立加强型单排双层模型如下:通过建模型计算得出杆件轴力整体图如下:从上图可以看出出现控制轴力的部位为上图中的B,C,D,E四个部位,下面就上述四个部位对杆件轴力进行验算。B点上弦杆最大压力为:N上=291.7KN<N=432.8KN 满足要求C点下弦杆最大压力为:N下=283.4KN<N=432.8KNC点加强竖杆轴力验算:加强后的杆件截面积Am=28.52+9.52=38.04cm2Lx=0.9×140=126cm Ix=69.734cm4 rx=(Ix/Am)1/2=(69.734/38.04)1/2=1.35cm x=Lx/rx=126/1.35=93.3< =100满足总体稳定性要求Q235B钢容许应力取为=210Mpa,由x =93.3 则稳定系数=0.54C点支座上方竖杆轴力为:N=257.3KN<431KN符合要求。加强斜杆和其他部位加强竖杆容许应力:竖杆斜杆斜杆轴力为:N=146.3KN<263.8KN 满足要求竖杆轴力为:N=109.5KN<327KN 满足要求D点下弦杆轴力N=164.5KN<432.8KN符合要求。E点下弦杆最大压力为:N下=283.5KN<N=432.8KN符合要求。E点支座上方加强竖杆轴力验算:N=258.3KN<527.2KN符合要求。加强斜杆和其他部位加强竖杆容许应力:斜杆轴力为:N=150.5KN<263.8KN符合要求。竖杆轴力为:N=19.3KN<327KN符合要求。综上所述,单排双层贝雷梁片各杆件强度符合要求。3.5.2检算贝雷梁片挠度验算MIDAS模型竖向位移如下图:单排桁架弹性挠度 : , 符合要求。3.6支墩顶横梁检算上横梁受力见下图:横梁受力图(1)第部分梁底布置6排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(76.6+121.52/26×6+23.1/26×6)/6=18.3KN/mMIDAS模型计算支座反力由上图知f1=261.6KN(2)第部分梁底布置4排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(39.75+121.52/26×4+23.1/26×4)/4=15.5KN/mMIDAS模型计算支座反力由上图知f 2=221.6KN(3)第部分梁底布置3排贝雷梁(一排两层),验算如下:单排荷载:q=(37.98+121.52/26×3+23.1/26×3)/3=18.2KN/mMIDAS模型计算支座反力由上图知f 3=260.2KN下横梁2I63a工字钢截面特性:F=2×154.59(cm2),Ix=2×94004cm4, Wx=2×2984.3cm3, Sx=2×1747.4cm3D=2×13mm按连续梁计算,贝雷片处加集中荷载,荷载如下:腹板: 翼缘:底板:计算得最大支反力为:弯矩为: 剪力为:最大正应力:符合要求最大剪应力:,满足要求。端面承压(刨平顶紧)应力工字钢腹板压应力工字钢腹板压应力符合要求。 3.7钢管桩检算钢管桩轴向抗压采用629,壁厚8mm钢管桩,其截面特性如下(查管材截面特性表):截面积A=156.1(cm2)惯性矩x=75248.3(cm4)回转半径r=21.95(cm)对于最大自由桩长10m(最高墩)长细比= L0/r=1000/21.95=45.6 =0.876 承载力允许值N= A =0.876×140×103×156.1×10-4 =1914.4KN 1478.7KN钢管桩受力符合要求4 支架预压支架搭设完成以后,通过支架预压来检测支架体系的稳定性和安全性,通过观测数据来检验计算支架变形量并以此来调整支架标高,确保现浇箱梁的线性满足要求。支架预压的方式有固体物预压法和水压法两种,两种方法各有优缺点。采用固体物预压法,能够准确的模拟箱梁的结构受力型式,但是加载时间长、所用机械和人工较多、施工成本大;其加载过程需要人员在支架上作业,当支架结构存在安全隐患时,可能出现安全事故。采用水预压时,加载和卸载非常方便、需要的人员和机械设备较少、成本较低、加载过程比较安全;但是水的加载不能完全模拟箱梁的结构受力型式。厦深铁路现浇箱梁均采用水预压方法。采用防水板在箱梁内焊接成一大水箱,在模板两侧用钢模板加高以满足荷载重量。采用抽水机抽水加载,卸载时直接将水放出即可。加载时分四级加载,加载荷载为箱梁重量的120%。5 预留沉降量设置在预压之前,以每4米为一个横断面,一个横断面设置4个观测点进行观测。由于采取水预压方案,观测点设置在模板的背面。通过预压观测数据可知,支架非弹性变形值为12mm,跨中最大弹性变形值为70mm。其弹性变形值与理论计算基本相符。支架跨中最大预拱度L支架跨中最大预拱度值(cm)L1-支架预压跨中最大弹性变形值(cm)L2-现浇箱梁预应力产生的上拱度值(cm)L3-现浇箱梁混凝土徐变产生的拱度值(cm)说明:向下为负,向上为正。根据双层贝雷梁支架变形的特点,其预留沉降量的设置采取二次抛物线法进行分配。6
