调试拌和机,分别称出拌和机各料斗投送不同规格的碎石、水泥、水的质量,测量其计量的准确性。 调整拌和时间,保证混合料均匀性。 检查混合料含水量、集料级配、水泥集料的比例、混合料试件7天无侧限抗压强度。 2、松铺系数(约为1.20-1.30)。 3、确定标准施工方法 混合料配合比的控制。 混合料摊铺方法和适用机具,包括摊铺机的行进速度、摊铺厚度的控制方式、梯队作业时摊铺机的间隔距离(不超过30m)。 含水量的增加和控制方法。 压实机械的选择和组合,压实的顺序、速度和遍数。 拌和、运输、摊铺和碾压机械的协调和配合。 密实度的检查方法,初定每一作业段的最小检查数量。 4、确定每一作业段的合适长度。 5、施工组织及管理体系、质保体系人员等。 6、质量检验内容、检验方法和检验频率。 7、试铺段质量检测:试铺段的检验频率应是标准中规定频率的2-3倍。路面基层的施工管理与质量控制urban traffic
