作业方案Workscheme5.2 作业过程Theconstructionprocess5.2.1 施工准备T基础尺寸检查T设备搬运T设备吊装就位一附件安装ConstructionpreparationBasesizechecktEquipmenthaulingEquipmenthoistinginpositionAttachmentinstallation.5.2.2 设备就位时采用滑移法，在设备底部铺设轨道后，通过轨道将设备滑至基础上。Theequipmentinplacebyslidemethodinplace,atthebottomofthedevicewillslideafterlaying,pulledtotheequipmentonthebasisof.5.3 施工步骤Constructionsteps5.3.1 基础验收Foundationinspection检查混凝土基础表面应平整，无裂纹、孔洞、蜂窝、麻面和露筋等缺陷。检查基础中心线及基准点，允许偏差小于±2mm。核对预埋地脚螺栓的数量、规格、位置及标高，预埋地脚螺栓的中心偏差不大于2mm,标高偏差应在0+2mm之内，对预留孔洞与预埋件也需要检查验收，保证其大小、位置和水平度都符合要求。Checkconcretesurfaceoffoundation,whichshouldbeflat,withoutdefectssuchascracks,holes,honeycomb,pittedsurfaceandexposedrebar.Checkthefoundationcenterlineanddatumpoint,allowabledeviationshouldbelessthan±2mm.Checkthenumber,specification,positionandelevationoftheembeddedanchorbolts.Thecenterdeviationoftheembeddedanchorboltsisnotgreaterthan2mm,andtheelevationdeviationshouldbewithin0-+2mm.Thereservedholesandembeddedpartsshouldbecheckedtoensuretheirsizes,positionsandlevelmeettherequirements.5.2.2基础面凿毛Foundationsurfacechippingtreatment按图纸要求，对需要二次灌浆的区域内，基础表面凿去浮浆层，露出混凝土坚硬表面层,注意不应将混凝土中钢筋暴露出来。在去除浮浆的同时，要确保凿毛后基础表面的平面度，不应出现局部凹坑。Inaccordancewiththerequirementsofthedrawings,theconcretefoundationsurfacethatneedssecondarygroutingareashouldbechippedtoremovetheconcretelaitancelayer,untilthehardconcretesurfaceexposed.Whenremovingconcretelaitancelayer,itisnecessarytoensurethefoundationsurfacesmoothafterchipping,anditshouldnotappearlocalpits.5.3.3 设备清洁检查Equipmentcleanupcheck设备到达现场后，应对设备、零部件、备件及专用工具的规格、数量和完好情况进行外观检查，包括腐蚀情况、设备受损伤情况等。设备安装前必须经清洗、外观检查合格。Afterequipmentarrivedatthesite,thespecification,quantityandconditionofequipment,componentsandpartsandspecialtools,includingcorrosionanddamagesituation,shouldbechecked.Beforeinstallation,equipmentshouldbecleanedupandpassthroughappearanceinspection.5.3.5 设备安装Deviceinstallation按照施工图要求安装。Installaccordingtotherequirementsofconstructiondrawingso5.3.6 设备附件安装DeviceAttachmentInstallation(1)设备安装完成，其随机附件及时安装。如:压力表、液位计、油位指示器、接口阀及其他附件。Equipmentinstallationcomplete,itsrandomaccessoriestobeinstalledinatimelymanner,suchas:pressuregauges,liquidlevelgauges,oillevelindicators,interfacevalvesandotheraccessories.(2)根据设计方向、安装位置和安装要求的标高。Accordingtothedesigndirection,locationandelevationofinstallationrequirementsforaccessories.(3)暂时无法封闭的接口，使用硬材料暂时堵塞，防止碎片进入设备内部，影响未来运行的安全。Temporarilyunabletoclosetheinterfacetousehardmaterialfortemporaryplugging,preventdebrisintotheinsideofthedevice,affectingthesafetyoffutureoperation.(4)安装完成后，设备将用塑料布或彩带布覆盖，防止灰尘落在设备上，保护设备不被浸泡。Aftertheinstallationiscomplete,theequipmentwillbecoveredwithplasticsheetingorcoloredstripclothtopreventdustfromfallingontheequipmentandtoprotecttheequipmentfromcleaning.6.0强制性条文执行内容Contentofcompulsoryprovisionsofengineeringconstructionstandards下述强条均参考电力建设施工质量验收及评价规程.第3部分：汽轮发电机组(DLT_5210.3-2012)中表4.25及DLT_5210.5-2012电力建设施工质量验收及评价规程第5部分：管道及系统2012中表4.4.9J5中强条内容编制。Thefollowingcompulsoryprovisionsrefertotable4.25of',Codeforelectricpowerconstructionqualityacceptanceandevaluation_part3:Turbo-Generatorunit"(DLT_5210.3-2012)andTable4.4.9-15nDLT_5210.5-2012_Codeforelectricpowerconstructionqualityacceptanceandevaluation_part5:Pipingandsystem"2012.6.1 设备在安装前，必须按规定对设备进行检查。如发现有损坏或质量缺陷，应及时通知相关单位进行检查。对于设备制造缺陷，应联系制造厂研究处理。由于制造质量问题致使安装质量达不到规定时，应由施工单位、制造单位、建设或使用单位共同协商，另行确定安装质量标准后施工，设备检查和缺陷处理应有记录和签证。Equipmentmustbeinspectedasrequiredbeforeinstallation.Iftherehavedamageorqualitydefects,itshouldpromptlynotifytherelevantunitsforinspection.Forequipmentmanufacturingdefects,weshouldcontactthemanufacturerforresearchandtreatment.Asaresultoftheinstallationqualityisnotuptotherequirementscausedbymanufacturingqualityproblems,whichshouldbenegotiatedwiththeconstructionunits,manufacturingunitsandconstructionsideofemployeroruser,todeterminequalitystandardsoftheinstallationbeforeconstruction,andequipmentinspectionanddefecttreatmentshouldhaverecordsandverificationofwork.6.2 施工使用的重要材料均应有合格证和材质证件，在查核中对其质量有怀疑时，应进行必要的检验和鉴定。优质钢、合金钢、高温高压焊接材料、润滑油(脂)、抗燃油等的性能必须符合设计规定和国家标准，方准使用。Theimportantmaterialsforconstructionshouldhaveacertificateofqualityandmaterialdocuments.Ifthereisdoubtabouttheirqualitiesduringinspection,necessaryinspectionandidentificationshouldbecarriedout.Thepropertiesofhigh-qualitysteel,alloysteels,hightemperatureandhighpressureweldingmaterials,lubricatingoil(grease)andoilresistancemustconformtothedesignrulesandnationalstandards.6.3 贯彻执行“安全第一，预防为主”的安全生产方针。Implement'safetyfirst,preventionfirsf,safetyproductionpolicy7.1.2 现场所有施工人员必须全部接受安全教育，并经考试合格。Allsiteconstructorsshouldbestudysecurityeducationandpassedexamination.7.1.3 施工现场的布置符合防火、卫生的有关规定。Constructionarrangementshouldmatchthefireprotectionandhealthrelevantregulation.7.1.4 施工用电及照明Constructionelectricityandlighting7.2.1 电气设备不得超铭牌使用，闸刀电源开关严禁带负荷开或关。Electricequipmentshouldnotusemorethannameplateregulation.Knifepowerswitchstrictlyprohibitopeningandclosingonload.7.2.2 严禁将电线直接勾挂在闸刀上或直接插入插座内使用。Strictlyprohibitdirectusingwireswhichareputonknifeswitchordirectinsertedsocket.7.2.3 防火Fireprotecting7.3.1 高处作业及脚手架搭设workathighaltitudeandelectscaffold.7.4.1 高处作业必须系好安全带，安全带应挂在上方的牢固可靠的地方，高处作业人员应衣着灵便，衣袖、裤脚应扎紧，穿软底鞋。Operatorswhoworkathighaltitudeshouldwearsafetybeltwhichshouldbehangedatabovereliableplace.Operatorswhoworkathighaltitudeshouldwearconvenientclothwithtightsleeves&bottomandsoftshoes.7.4.2 高处作业的人员应配带工具袋，较大的工具应系保险绳；传递物品时，严禁抛掷。Operatorswhoworkathighaltitudehaveworkbasket.Largertoolsshouldbetiedwithsafetyrope.Whenpassinggoods,westrictlyprohibitthrowingthem.7.4.3 高处作业不得坐在平台、孔洞边缘，不得骑坐在栏杆上，不得躺在走道上或安全网内休息。不得站在栏杆外工作或凭借栏杆起吊物件。Operatorswhoworkathighaltitudecannottositonplatform,holeswedge,rideonrailing,orliedownpassagewayorsafetynetforarest.Operatorscannotworkatoutsiderailingorliftingheavywithrailing.7.4.4
