施工工艺流程:Constructiontechnologyprocess安装准备f土方开挖一垫层施工一管道安装T土方回填f验收Installationpreparationearthworkexcavationcushionconstruction-pipelineinstallation-earthworkbackfill-acceptance4. 2土方开挖Earthworkexcavation4.2. 1根据设计要求采用挖掘机开挖,自卸汽车配合。由测量进行定位放线,给出开挖边线,控制坡度及沟底标高。边坡坡度为1:0.75,工作面预留1米,管底标高一次到位,人工进行清理整平。4. 2.1Accordingtothedesignrequirements,excavatorsshallbeusedtoexcavatewiththecooperationofdumptrucks.Basedonthesurvey,theexcavationedgelineisgiven,andtheslopeandtrenchbottomelevationarecontrolled.Theslopeslopeis1:0.75,theworkingfaceisreserved1meter,thebottomelevationofthepipeisinplaceatonetime,andmanualcleaningandlevelingarecarriedout4.2.2土方开挖防护措施4. 2.2Protectionmeasuresforearthworkexcavation4. 2.2.1机械挖方时,不得影响其它建筑物及其他设施的安全。挖方前必须掌握地下原有建筑物及新建设施。4.1.1.1 Themechanicalexcavationshallnotaffectthesafetyofotherbuildingsandotherfacilities.Undergroundexistingbuildingsandnewfacilitiesmustbemasteredbeforeexcavation.4.2.2.2土方开挖时保留20CM土应用人工清槽,不得超挖,如若超挖应进行地基处理.处理方法采用人工分层分段进行夯实。Whileexcavation,itshallbe20cmsoilreservedtobecleanedbypeople,notexceeded.ifexceeded,itshallbefoundationtreatment,itshalladoptsubsectionandlayercompactionmathod.4.2.2.3由于开挖段的土质为回填士,所以开挖时根据施工现场实际情况可增大边坡坡度系数,必要时可做临时支撑,以免土方坍塌。Becausethesoilofexcavationisbackfilledsoil,itmaybeincreasethecoefficientofsideslopegradeaccordingtothesituation,ifnecessary,temporarysupportisneededtoavoidearthworkfalling.4.2.2.4.±方开挖面如果为回填士,为了防止挖方时土方坍塌,根据施工现场实际情况制定防护措施.如遇到软土或其他不稳定土层时,采用撑板支撑,开始支撑的开挖沟槽深度不得超过1.O米;以后开挖与支撑交替进行,每次交替的深度宜为040.8米。Ifthesurfaceofexcavationisbackfilledsoil,itshallbesomeprotectionmethodtoavoidearthworkfallingdownaccordingtothesituation.Forexample,iftherearesomesoftsoilorotherunstablesoil,itshallusesupportingplatetohold,thedepthofexcavationditchshallnotexceedImatfirst,andthenexcavationandsupportingshallbeconductedalternatively,thedepthofeachIatemateshallbe0.4-0.8m.4.2.2.5开挖土方时,分层分段地进行,堆土高度不宜超过1.5米,且距槽口边缘不宜小于1米。Excavationshallbedonebysubsectionandlayer,theheightofpilesolidshallnotexceed1.5m,andalsothedistancebetweenthepilesolidandnotchshallbeatleastlm.4.2.2.6当有地下水出现时,及时挖掘排水坑,用潜水泵将水排到沟槽外,即排即挖,槽底标高达到设计要求后,将沟槽底淤泥清除干净,回填砂夯实,打砂土垫层。Whileundergroundwaterarise,workersshallexcavatedrainageditch,usingsubmersiblepumptodrainawaywateroutsidegroovesametimewithexcavation,aftertheelevationofbottomoftankreachedtherequirements,workersshallcleanmudandbackfillsandcompaction,casttheoillayer.4.
