The disagree rate in the group of students up to 30 is 24%, in the group of students order than 30 is 21%. The no opinion situation rate in the group of students up to 30 is 15%, in the group of students order than 30 is 15%. The agree situation rate in the group of students up to 30 is 23%, in the group of students order than 30 is 29%. The strongly agree rate in the group of students up to 30 is 13%, in the group of students order than 30 is 19%.Observe this chart we will find house price in the UK increase faster than the RPI increase speed. This means the persons live level is decrease than before. But from the compare with RPIX with change of base to July and RVI, we will find the RPIX with change of base to July is increase slower than the RVI. So we can know that the persons life level is increased. Compare with RPIX and the house price we will find the rate of house price contrast the RPIX is increase. So the whole situation is the persons life level is increased.
