sum total of places in flakiness less than 2AllowedAllowedScratchNot allowedAllowedAllowedStainNot allowedAllowedAllowedCorrugationNot allowedAllowedAllowed5.3 Processing and assembling5.3.1 BackbendingThe inclined angle between the WC seat and cover and the horizontal plane after opening up should be 95 degrees, and the WC seat and cover should be maintained at the open position.5.3.2 WarpageThe warpage of the WC seat or WC cover with 2 cushions should be 3.2mm, while the warpage of the WC seat or WC cover with 4 cushions should be 4.8mm.5.3.3 SmoothnessThe parting lines and edges of the WC seat and cover should be so smooth that, when testing with combed cotton yarn with a Tex number of 8-10 (English yarn counts between 70 and 56), no yarn is taken down.5.4 Character of service5.4.1 Unrecoverable bend amount The unrecoverable bend amount of the WC seat and cover should be 1.3mm; no fracture, fissure or other damages should occur after test.5.4.2 Swing testAfter the swing test (load: 1335N; period: 25 000 times), no damage should occur, and the hinge should be in normal service.5.4.3 Torques of bolt and nutThe metal bolt and nut should be capable of bearing a minimum torque of 3.4Nm without gear slip or fracture;The plastic bolt and nut should be capable of bearing a minimum torque of 2.0Nm without gear slip or fracture.5.4.4 Impact testNo surface fissure or chipped areas should be seen on the plastic bolt and nut after impact test.5.4.5 Switching test (not apply to for soft close type products)After conducting the switching test for 50 000 times, no fissure, damage or fall-off should be seen on the cushion or hinge, and no fissure, fracture or other damages should be seen on the WC seat or WC cover.5.4.6 Soft close function life test (apply to soft close type products)After the soft close function life test is carried out on soft close WC seat and cover for 30 000 times, the soft close device should work normally without damage and with soft close time of no less than 3s, and the requirements stipulated in Article 5.3.1 should be met as well.5.4.7 Forced test (apply to soft close type products)After forced switching test is carried out on soft close WC seat and cover for 10 000 times, the soft close device should work normally without damage and with soft close time of no less than 3s, and the requirements stipulated in Article 5.3.1 should be met as well.5.4.8 Static loadNo fracture, fissure or severe deformation should occur after the test (load 1.5kN).5.5 Physical and chemical properties of materials5.5.1 Fire resistanceNo ignition or gradual heat emission should occur after fire resistance test.5.5.2 Stain resistanceNo impact should be imposed on the surface by the reagent after the stain resistance test. In case of any possible impact, it is limited on the superficial surface, and could be restored to approximately the original state after polishing with a #600 abrasive paper.5.5.3 Corrosion resistance of metal auxiliariesAfter conducting the 24h acetic acid-salt spray on metal auxiliaries as per GB/T 10125, the requirements stipulated in Grade VIII of GB/T 6164 should be satisfied.5.5.4 Hardness of coatingThe hardness of coating on the WC seat and cover must be no less than 2B.5.5.5 Adhesion of coatingThe adhesion of coating on the WC seat and cover must be no more than Grade II.5.5.6 Color fastnessNo staining should be seen on the colored WC seat or cover.5.5.7 Moisture resistanceExcept thermoplastic plastic WC seat and cover, all other WC seats should satisfy the requirements stipulated in Article 5.1.1, and their surface quality should satisfy the requirements stipulated in Article 5.2.5.5.8 Cold-hot fatigueThe requirements stipulated in Article 5.1.1 and Article 5.3.2 should be satisfied after the test.6 Test MethodsThe tests described in Article 6.1 and 6.4-6.13 should be conducted under an environmental temperature of 22±3.6.1 Dimensional measurement methodThe overall dimensions are measured by a ruler with a scale of 1mm and a right angle ruler with a scale of one degree; push the WC seat and cover backward along axial direction, and measure the axial clearance through a feeler gauge with a scale of 0.1mm; measure the thickest place of each cushion through a slide caliper with a scale of 0.02mm, and the minimum value should be adopted.
