第三次思想解放论析 第三次思想解放论析【中文摘要】 解放思想是发展中国特色社会主义的一大法宝,是中国特色社会主义不断发展强大的动力。党的十七大把继续解放思想作为大会主题的重要内容,赋予继续解放思想以新的时代内涵,为继续推进思想解放开辟了新的广阔的空间。面临新的历史条件和新的任务,我们要按照党的十七大要求,在新的历史起点上继续解放思想,推动改革开放和中国特色社会主义建设继续前进。本文通过文献论证、史料考评、比较分析等多种研究方法,在回顾改革开放以来历史上两次思想解放的基础上,对第三次思想解放的必要性、特点、动力以及着力点进行了分析。论文的主要内容共分四个部分加以阐述:第一部分:思想解放促进社会发展的重要作用。这个问题是论文立论的基础,主要是通过回顾前两次思想大解放并结合国际国内发展的新要求来论述第三次解放思想的必要性。第二部分:第三次思想解放的特点。主要是阐述第三次思想解放与前两次思想解放相比的新的特点。第三次思想解放与前两次思想解放相比使命更加重大、导向更加明晰、内涵更加丰富。第三部分:第三次思想解放的动力。作者认为促进社会发展是继续思想解放的根本动力、获得更多利益是继续思想解放的直接动力、增强政府责任是继续思想解放的持久动力。第四部分:第三次思想解放的着力点。重点从推进政治体制改革、调整利益分配机制、形成长效激励机制,使解放思想成为工作常态三个方面阐述目前急需解决的重点问题。总之,新的时代、新的起点,对解放思想提出新的要求。我们要响应胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中发出的“坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,勇于变革、勇于创新,永不僵化、永不停滞”的号召,以新的视野、新的境界进一步推进解放思想,不为任何风险所惧,不被任何干扰所惑,使解放思想达到一个新的高度,进一步推动和发展建设中国特色社会主义的伟大事业。【英文摘要】 The Chinese history, since the Third Plenary Meeting of the 11th Central Committee of CCP irrefutably proved that the achievements of reform and opening up and the building socialism with Chinese characteristics, are guided and promoted by the emancipating the mind. Emancipation of the mind is a great magic weapon and a strong driving force for the continuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Third Plenary Meeting of the 17th Central Committee of CCP continues to set emancipating mind as an important theme, and give ideological emancipation a new connotation and a vast new developing space. Facing the new historical conditions and new tasks, we must, continue to emancipate the mind and push the reform and opening up of China forward and promote the building of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, in accordance with the requirements of the 17th Central Committee of CCP. Using literature arguments, history documents proving and comparative analysis methods, this paper, tries to talk about the needs, features, driving power and focuses of the third ideological emancipation, based on the recalling of the first and second ideological emancipation since the beginning of reform and opening up of China. The content of this paper is divided into four parts:Part I: The emancipation of mind plays an important role in social development. This part mainly addresses the needs of the third ideological emancipation by reviewing the two previous ideological emancipations, and analyzing the requirements of international and domestic developments. This is the basis for this paper.Part II: the characteristics of the third ideological emancipation. It has a more important responsibility, a more clear direction and a richer connotation compared with the former two ones.Part III: The driving power of the third ideological emancipation. The author believes that the promotion of social development is the fundamental driving force to continue it , Getting more interests is the direct driving force, enhancing the responsibilities of the Government is the lasting power.Part IV: The focuses of ideological emancipation. We shall put our focuses on reforming the political system, adjusting the mechanism of the allocation of interests and forming a long-term incentive mechanism and etc., which make the ideological emancipation a part of normal work, to address current key issues to cope with urgently.In short, the new starting historical point and the new historical stage, requires the new ideological emancipation more.
