Answers always vary from person to person. For some students, first-tier cities with more opportunities, greater development platforms, a more competitive environment and a more diversified cultural environment are no doubt appealing. While for others, the more affordable housing prices and fresh air, peaceful life in second or third-tier cities also catch their eyes. As far as Im concerned, I prefer working in a first-tier city such as Beijing or Guangdong. As for the housing prices, actually I have not considered about yet. What I want to do is gain more experiences, which will no doubt enrich my life. A first-tier city will be a great choice for me. Besides, it is also a good opportunity to meet all kinds of people. Whats more, a first-tier city will give greater development platforms to me. I have worked in a small company last summer for my tuition fee. In such company, staff can hardly meet any development opportunities, there are few development platforms. Second or third-tier cities are just like the small company. For me, I would not like to work in such place after graduation. In the oral English test before the college entrance examination, the examiner asked me whether I would like to be a small fish in a big pool or a big fish in a small pool, my choice was the former. The reason is almost the same as why I choose the first-tier cities. All in all, I want to experience more, explore more and learn more, so I expect to work in first-tier cities after graduation.
