Why did you go there? Then, I will show a picture of my ticket(from Linyin to Yinan), let students guess. T: What did I go ? Do you know why? Read and check Purpose: In this part, Ill let the students skim the passage to grasp the main idea of this passage and learn to use the reading strategy-prediction. TASK2 Careful reading 1. Match each part with the main ideas. (Strategies: find the topic sentence of each part) Para 1 Changes in their hometowns Para 2&3 Things never change in their hometowns Para 4 Many Chinese leave hometowns to search for work. 2.
