I think there are several reasons below.Firstly,the welfare of civil servants' salaries and work stability;secondly, due to the effect of economic crisis, college students employment difficulty. Civil service examinations can improve the quality of the government department of human resources, but it also caused the government departments of administrative costs and waste of social resources. As a college student, we should be rational treat civil service exam. Civil servant is not as easy as some people think, to take part in the civil service exam, we should look before you leap.
