What a pleasant life! In a word, I really enjoy living in the suburbs. 2. My neighbourhood I live in the city centre. My life is busy but convenient. There is much traffic and many shops and restaurants near my neighbourhood. So it is convenient for me to go shopping and travelling to my school. There are also a lot of trees and a fountain in my neighourhood. I always take my dog for a walk there. I think my life in my neighbourhood is relaxing and I enjoy it. 2. My favourite season As for me, I love summer best because I think summer is a lovely season. In summer, the days are always sunny and there are a lot of green trees and beautiful flowers. I really enjoy the beautiful world. In addition, I can eat ice cream in summer and thats my favourite food. I can also swim in the swimming pool. What fun! All in all, my favourite season is summer. 3. Signs around us Its true that signs are almost everywhere around us. We can see signs in the parks, on a road and so on. As for me, I think signs are not only useful but also helpful to us. All the signs have their special meanings and they make our life safer and more comfortable. For example, signs can tell us how and where to go. Whats more, signs can tell us the things we may want to know. All in all, signs are very important and we need signs in our daily life. 4. Signs in our school It is easy for us to find signs in our school. We can find signs in the library, in the teaching buildings and even in the toilets. For example, we can find a “Silence” sign in the library. It tells us to keep quiet there. And in the teaching buildings, we can see some “Exit” signs. These signs mean that we can go out here. I think these signs in our school are very important and helpful to us because they can make our school life better. So we should follow all the rules. 5. Rules in the Library We can see many different rules around us. Without rules, everything may be in trouble. Of course we have rules in the library. They are very important. Without these rules, we cant borrow the books we need easily. Without these rules we cant keep the library clean, tidy or quiet. Here are some rules which tell us what we should do and what we mustnt do in the library. 6. How to keep healthy Health is very important to us. And I think it is more important than anything else in the world. So we must keep healthy. To stay healthy, we should do exercise regularly. Whats more, we should eat healthy food. For example, we should eat more vegetables and less meat. We should eat less fast food. If we keep doing these things, I think we will be much healthier. 7. My good habits. As we all know, good habits are very important to peoples health. As for me, I had some bad habits in the past. I used to watch a lot of TV and drink a lot of soft drinks. Now I dont watch too much TV or drink too many soft drinks any longer. I study hard and drink a lot of water instead. All in all, good habits make me grow healthy, grow strong. 8. My habits Everyone has his own habits. So do I. I used to get up late. I used to drink too many soft drinks. But nowadays, I have changed my bad habits. I dont get up late any longer. I get up early every day. I dont drink too many soft drinks any longer. I drink a lot of water instead. I think they are good habits. And good habits are very important to us. Im going to have more and more good habits in the future and try to be a healthy person. 9. Our International Food Festival An international food festival(将来时) We are going to have an international food festival next Sunday. Its because we want to raise some money for the SPCA. We are going to have it in our school and sell foods from different countries. For example, Peter will sell English food, Alice will sell Japanese food and I will sell Chinese food. I m sure we will raise a lot of money. We hope the money will help the homeless animals at the SPCA. An international food festival(过去时) My school had an international food festival last Sunday in order to raise some money for the SPCA. We had it in the playground in the morning. We sold foods from different countries. For example, Peter sold English food, Alice sold Japanese food and I sold Chinese food. In total, we raised 1000 yuan for the SPCA. We hope the money will help the homeless animals. 10. Planning an international food festival Our school is going to have an international food festival next Sunday.
