Confirm the action must be reliable. Check equipment operation and system performance. Discover and then eliminate the defect might exist. Ensure the system and equipments can be put into operation safely.2. 试验范围Test scope2.1 6KV单元段1SA(2SA)带负荷切换On-load change-over test of 6KV unit board 1SA(2SA)2.2 6KV单元段1SB(2SB)带负荷切换On-load change-over test of 6KV unit board 1SB(2SB)2.3 6KV 公用段1A(2A)带负荷切换On-load change-over test of 6KV common service board 1A(2A)2.4 6KV 公用段1B(2B)带负荷切换On-load change-over test of 6KV common service board 1B(2B)3.试验前应具备的条件:Prerequisites before test3.1电气、热控应具备的条件:Electric and I/C prerequisites3.1.16KV工作、公用段工作进线、备用进线开关传动试验完毕,结果正确。Transmission test of working 6.6KV and common 6.6KV switches must be completed and correct.3.1.2厂用电源快切装置静态调试完毕,各整定值已按定值通知单执行,且具备投运条件。Static test of auxiliary power change-over device must be complete and fulfill the operation requirement. Set-value must be implemented as per requisition.3.1.3 A高厂变、#2启备变所有保护已投入。All protections of unit transformers A 、#2 station transformer must be put into operation.3.1.4 A高厂变、#2启备变冷却器已投入。All cooler system of unit transformers 、#2 station transformer must be put into operation.3.1.5电气和热控的有关表计经过校验,指示正确。Related electric and I&C gauges must be calibrated and correct indication.3.1.6电气和热控的保护、联锁、控制和信号传动试验完成,试验结果正确。Protections, interlock, control and signal transmission test of electric and I&C must be complete and correct.3.2土建应具备的条件:Civil preconditions which should be provided before test3.2.1 试运现场道路畅通,照明充足,事故照明可靠。Roads of trial running area must be smooth. The illumination must be sufficient, and the emergency illumination must be reliable.3.2.2 试运现场通讯设备方便可用。Communication devices of testing area must be convenient for operation.3.2.3 备有足够的消防器材,并且完好可用。Fire-fighting facilities must be sufficient and complete for operation.4 试验步骤Process of test4.1厂用电源系统带负荷切换试验Auxiliary power system on-load change-over test机组启动并网进入带负荷试运阶段时,根据现场实际运行情况,机组带一定负荷且运行稳定后,进行厂用电源切换。After synchronized unit was on-load and stabilized, prosecute the power change-over test as per actual situation. a.6KV 高压厂用电源一次核相Primary phase-compare of 6Kv auxiliary power systemb.6KV A段核相Primary phase-compare of 6Kv unit board Ac.将工作进线小车开关拉出至“检修”位置。Confirm working incoming switch had been pulled out.d.在工作进线开关柜上下端口用6kV校相棒对厂用工作电源和备用电源进行一次定相,要求试验人员带绝缘手套,穿绝缘靴,保持注意力高度集中。Compare the primary phases of auxiliary power and standby power system by 6Kv phase-checking instrument at the upside and downside ports of working incoming switch. Testing personnel must concentrate on progress with insulated gloves and boots.e.确认电压相位正确后,将工作进线小车开关推至“工作”位置,并给上操作电源。After phase confirmed, push the working incoming switch into “service” position and turn on the control power.6.6KV B段核相Primary phase-compare of 6Kv unit board Bf.将工作进线小车开关拉出至“检修”位置。Confirm working incoming switch had been pulled out.g.在工作进线开关柜上下端口用6kV校相棒对厂用工作电源和备用电源进行一次定相,要求试验人员带绝缘手套,穿绝缘靴,保持注意力高度集中。Compare the primary circuit phases of auxiliary operation power and standby power systems by 6Kv phase-checking instrument at the upside and downside ports of working incoming switch. Testing personnel must concentrate on progress with insulated gloves and boots.h.确认电压相位正确后,将工作进线小车开关推至“工作”位置,并给上操作电源。After phase confirmed, push the working incoming switch into “service” position and turn on the control power.4.2并联半自动切换parallel-connecting semiautomatic changeover4.2.1 6KV A段切换Changeover of 6Kv switchgear Aa.确认A高厂变及6kV A分支所有保护已投入。Confirm all protections of A unit transformer and 6Kv A unit board must be in service.b.确认发变组故障录波装置已投入。Confirm generator-transformer unit failure recording device must be in service.c.检查A高厂变电压(6kV侧)、公用A段(6kV侧)电压正常、幅值相近,检查机组运行工况稳定。Confirm the voltage between A unit transformer (high voltage side) and common bus A (low voltage side) must be normal, and the value between two transformers must be approximate. Confirm the unit operating condition must be stabilized.d.在DCS操作画面上选择“并联方式”。在厂用快切装置上选择“并联半自动”方式。Choose “parallel-connecting” on DCS operating screen. Choose “parallel-connecting semiautomation” on changeover device.e.执行切换命令,快切装置自动合上工作进线开关。实现方式应为快速。Execute switchover order, and then working incoming switch would be closed by switchover device automatically.
