    第一章 工程概况君临世纪广场(一期)工程建设单位为湛江百姓置业有限公司,设计单位是广东建筑艺术设计院有限公司,勘察单位是湛江市规划勘测设计院;监理单位是广东顺业石油化工建设监理有限公司。总承包单位是广东中南建设物业发展总公司。上级行政主管部门是湛江住房和城乡建设局;施工安全监督单位是湛江市建设工程安全监督管理站。本工程地下一层,建筑面积约55000m²,框剪结构,总工期 550 日历天。施工内容包括土建、给排水等工程。本工程现场临时用电系统,根据JGJ46-88临时用电规范而设计。根据表内临时用电设备负荷统计,计算容量677.6KVA。(将视在负荷换算到有功负荷,功率因数取0.7后,有功负荷为474.32KW)。目前甲方提供500千瓦,基本满足施工用电要求;另自备120KW柴油发电机一台;为确保施工用电可靠,合理节约能源。在供电结构上合理安排。加强管理。建筑工地临时供水主要包括:生产用水、生活用水和消防用水三种。生产用水包括工程施工用水、施工机械用水。生活用水包括施工现场生活用水和生活区生活用水。根据临时用水计算,供水管径宜采用DN100。第二章
