Margin,特许生产商向新世傲缴纳特许权费,特许权费视商品类别不同而采用不同的费率,特许权费率按特许商品零售价的8%-15%收取;在签订合约的时候需要预先支付30%的特许权费做为最低保证金,可以抵扣企业应缴纳的特许权费。Licensed manufacture shall pay franchise fees to SINNSA,such fee rate depends on defferent sorts of commodity,which shall be paid at the range from 8%to 15%of the retail price of licensed product,and 30%of franchise fees shall be pre-paid when entering into the agreement as minimum margin,and it may be calculated as parts of franchise fees.,二.特许权费及最低保证金 Franchise Fees&Minimum Margin,提供履约保证金。特许生产商在签署特许合同时,应缴纳一定数额的履约保证金于世博局指定帐户,该履约保证金将在合同结束后予以退还。To pay bid bond.When signing franchise agreement,the manufacturer shall pay bid bond into the account appointed by EXPO bureau,and such bond will be sent back after the agreement expiried.,三.特许产品规划Programming of the
