A new management model through analyzing the vocational work flowing in student management information system,and improving the original administrative mode.Then we put forward an improved pair programming method according to the practical development environment,and particularly describe the staff ,roles,responsibilities and application effect of this method.This improved method is used to develop a system of managing personal annuity for an enterprise.we make a detailed description of the process that put into ptactice,and strengthen the research and application . So this system is very practical because it promotes the management efficient and optimizes the management mode substantially.
