Evaluation Step 7 Feedback Through the class, students' reading and speaking ability have been improved, and their interest in Jeremy Lin has been raised, to be exact, they have got a better understanding of Lins personal life, his NBA road and his key to success. What's more, students can apply they have learned to their speaking and writing about a person, which is a good way for them to develop interest in learning English. In a word, my teaching aims have been attained. However, in the last step role play, students cannot translate a sentence orally and correctly , that is to say, students are poor in spoken English and weak in English sentence structure. So I think I should offer students more chances and situations to practice their oral English, which is necessary and urgent . On the other hand, I am weak in making the class atmosphere lively and not good at arousing their passion for English for I am not active enough. So I think I should improve myself and have a better ability to control the classroom.
