Internship Report.PurposesInternship is a very important education part in university education in the practical teaching links. Through the practice, make us contact the social practice with this professional relevant to actual work, enhance the perceptual knowledge. At the same time through comprehensive training and tempering we learned basic theory, and use the basic skills and expertise, independent analysis and enhance the ability of solving practical problems with combining theory with practice to improve for our practical abilities, after graduation provides a foundation on jobs.ContentsDuring my internship I was fortunate to a high school in Hefei , sawing many people would like to take this opportunity to play and travel ,so I also want to follow it but the stress of employment let me know this is also a good chance to contact with the society, and apply knowledge that I have learnt. Through this month of internship I deeply felt that combining theory with practice is not so easily, at the same time through this month of effort to make me know that to be a teacher is not easy. This month, the generation of class teacher work posts accumulated a certain amount of experience to really step into work for my future.The first day of practice, I follow teacher to make sense of the schools at present situation, and some matters I need to pay attention. Our original English teacher Wang, teaching experience is very rich, currently hold the leader of senior high school. Because she is my teacher during the intership, so I was fortunate to take classes in her class and she simply introduces the basic situation of the class. The next day, when thought of that I would like to go to the class to take up more than 60 students, unavoidable I was still worried and nervesAt the inevitable stage of the Listening , learning and knowing the teacher s experience in teaching can not only help us know the teacher's teaching method, can also familiar with the situations that we must face as a teacher in the future if can become English teachers . High school English curriculum and college is very different, now textbooks passed reform, so now the teaching request also the new change and the teaching methods have very big difference from the previous teaching methods. Teacher Wangs teaching standard is quite rigorous and very well, and then started preparing to hear her lectures,felt very homey .When I listen to her class feeling the whole lesson plan is very good, which let students know this lesson to complete the content, even with emergencies happen, can finish the context , etc. I listen to it for complete process of a whole section lesson, each part she told us has different types of class, which to be worth to learning. Because I do not learn normal professional life learning, so I do not so understand English teaching methods. Really sitting as a teacher in the classroom I felt very different as a student. A generally teacher s has a lot kinds of teaching methods that can finish the teaching well. They can let life answer this question, can combine practice to deepen our impression. For the students answer,Miss Zhang could the give a appropriate guidance according to their ability of learning. After a few days of practices I think as an English professional student, although in learning and in becoming English teachers, professional students have an disadvantage over normal students, but we have very strong English acknowledge, very accurate English professional knowledge, very smooth general oral skills. And as a student of English major, under the leadership of the teachers, with all kinds of solving troublesome courage we can do every thing we want to do , in this regard, we are very suitable for English teaching work. In a addition students of English major have always been a rigorous style so also in English teaching has certain advantages over narmal students.I can say that I enjoyed all forms of courses which require that I must take much time and energy to do the task . The next few weeks, I was preparing for the lecture and phrase that I would gave to the student in the class with a teacher and I were going up to the content. a male teacher was responsible for preparing the third unit .we must previously carefully prepare for the vocabulary of a unit, not only words and phrases of the text , also some confusing fixed collocation vocabulary, even finishing some related translation exercises. He took us to make sense of the whole articles telling us what we need to explain. Other teachers would give me some Suggestions and follow their suggestions we could make some adjust ion for our lecture.In the process of preparation I could learned many knowledge and could make sense of the grammar and words more clearly, when I prepared for lesson I often think becoming a teacher is not easy, because you must preparing to consider each aspect so that the students in class can accept the problem and knowledge .At the same time you must make your lesson not boring so that let students learn English in happy environment. Sometimes I were going to write all conjunctions of all in lesson plans because being afraid that when I was having the class there were brownout. In order to have a good job in the class ,Nearly I am struggling for several nights to write the lesson plan for my first class , it is not the best but at least is ready for improvingYou should do something after you have a certain accumulation of knowledge and experience .When I have a gift of experience of 10 days, and I also accumulated some experiences. So I ask the teacher give me a chance to give a lecture to the students then the teacher finally agreed that .As for the lecture, I felt a bit nervous at that time because I Just get a little appearance from a task that give my classmates a lecture before all students just for a few minutes .I was suddenly a bit confused. But thank to inquisitive a spirit! I decide to do this .And before I was giving a lecture I talk a lot with the teacher about her teaching experience, and the teacher gave me a lot of guidance. At the same time I also called some friends, students, teachers in class to consult some items needing to pay attention. Finished these, I repeated prepared the lessons in the night writing everything I can remember and problems need to resolve in the book, and give some solutions.The next day, I was very nervous when I was going to give the lecture. I stepped onto the platform and took a deep breath. To relax, I borrow little Shenyangs classic lines, "hi, my Chinese name , my English name , That provoked the classmates all happy , also attracted the students attention, at the same time also eased my emotions. When I give the lecture I overcome many small troubles. For my comparative sufficient preparation no matter lecture rhythm, content arrangement, interaction between me and students I do them well enough. After I finished the lecture I found sense of achievement ,self confidence and happiness and all of these make me feel that becoming a teacher is very good .At the same time form my lecture I found many shortages in grammar and vocabulary . Go down the platform, the teacher was happy with my performance in the lecture, but she also pointed out many false in oral English and gave me many guidences and want me to practice more, I thoroughly down. he students given a very good reflection for my lecture. For the first time I worked as a teacher learning many things from the experience and felt really very happy!In the fowelling weeks I try my best to overcome these falses and make some progress in the lecture On the other hand During the teaching practice .I also learn many things about teaching knowledge such as how to teach students ,how to make the students feel happy in their English study, how to make them feel English very interesting .there are many things we need to study .And we need to learn how to study the English even we have learnt English for many years . As we all know English teaching , not only depends on the success of learners but also depends on factors of intelligence, emotion, the manner, the power of study, so teachers at any time and any place should be paid to control his emotions, not moved, anger, impatience, avoiding by all means use reprimanded, humiliating and damage self-esteem languages. Use the words of encouragement, appreciation.Sometimes I think something about English learning .At the beginning of their English study, Beginners of English students may be enthusiastic about learning English in contact with freshness, but after a while, they will find English learning is not completely full of fun. These will lead to the bad result in their English study. They will slowly lose interest in learning English. In this situation, we 'all timely check their learning effect, such as, told the class that knowledge teacher yesterday will be questioned which requires the students must promptly review, students feel the enthusiasm with the extent,. At the same time ,after a unite of knowledge learning we must have a text to check their study effect .lay the list of these who make progress in this test and praise ,encourage them. let them enjoy the successful happiness and joy.As for some don't understand simple expressions that I took pains to speak more several times, I can avoid by all means impatient, anger, Because countless facts have proved, backward also have had negative part and enthusiasm part; they have the reverse psychology, also have a thirst for knowledge; they have the behavior of a breach of discipline, also have disciplined wishes.So for students not only pay attention to their study, the more attention to their emotional factors, so we must promptly found their advantages so that give education in appreciating.GainsDuring practice I learnt many things .Want to be a teacher is not easy .A teacher have to prepare for many things before they began to have class .one must know all kinds of knowledge as so to deal with different situation. In class you must consider different students ability to made adjustment for your plan so that the student can understand the knowledge .On the other hand ,I improve my English standard and have a chance to apply English knowledge to actual work .enhance the ability of learning English .the last point, the practice give me a good chance t o know society and improve the ability of dealing with interpersonal relationship. .Problems and solutions1. the Basic English thorny is not so good and can not communicate in English. So we need to study hard to practice English. English is a kind of communication tools. Learning English is to learn to use these tool skilled skills. The main way is to master English practice. To Learn English well, language knowledge is must learn,and only through enough practice, we can understand knowledge, and gradually achieve the point of skillful use. But if you want to be able to understand English, read English, can speak and write English, that is to say you can use this communication tools, want to achieve this you must study hard and continuous practice2. Feeling Embarrassed to speak English in public places and be not positive, so we must need to brave speech , write and read, never mind what the other people say and just do it .The most important point is pay attention to overcome the fear and shines 3. many people can not insist learning English so we must persevere. Began to learning English, feeling novelty, interesting then the interest fade away over time many can not insist it, so many people often ignored the long-term and difficulty learning.
