本工程施工现场临时用电总电源由建设单位提供,一台242.56 KVA的变压器,从变压器引入施工现场的总配箱,再从总配箱引出共5条干线到各个分配电箱,最后由各分配电箱引出分线到各开关箱,为整个施工现场供电。施工现场临时用电配电线路按照国家相关规范要求以及现场场地的实际情况进行敷设。第二章 根据计算的总的视在功率选择SL7-315/10型三相电力变压器,它的容量为315.00kVA242.56kVA×1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kV同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。4.6 选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关4.6.1 总配箱进线(1)选择导线截面: i) 按安全载流量: 上面已经计算出总计算电流Ijs = 382.27A ii) 按允许电压降: S = 1.1×Kx×(PL)/CU = 1.1 ×1.00×8248.50/(77.00×5.00) = 23.57mm2 iii) 根据前面两条: 电缆线空气明敷,铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆线VV3×240+2×120,其安全载流量为407A,截面面积240mm2,能够满足使用要求。(2)选择总进线开关:DZ10-600/3,其脱扣器整定电流值为Ir = 480A。(3)选择总箱中漏电保护器:ZBM1-630/400。4.7 干1线路上导线截面及分配箱、开关箱内电气设备选择 在选择前应对照平面图和系统图先由用电设备至开关箱计算,再由开关箱至分配箱计算,选择导线及开关设备。分1至开关箱,开关箱至用电设备采用铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆线空气明敷。分2至开关箱,开关箱至用电设备采用铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆线空气明敷。(1)钢筋弯曲机_GW40开关箱至钢筋弯曲机_GW40导线截面及开关箱内电气设备选择i)计算电流Kx 取 1.0,Cos = 0.40Ijs =
