编制依据一、设计文件及招标文件1.广东建筑艺术设计院有限公司提供的凤冈.嶺秀郡工程施工图纸;2.同凤冈县龙祥房地产开发有限公司签订的凤冈.嶺秀郡工程施工总承包文件。二、主要法规及和安全技术标准:1.中华人民共和国建筑法;2.建设工程质量管理条理;3.中华人民共和国环境保护法;4.中华人民共和国合同法;5.中华人民共和国消防法;6.中华人民共和国安全生产法;7.中华人民共和国职业病防治法;8.建设工程安全生产管理条例(国务院393号令);9.贵州省建筑工地文明施工标准。三、主要规程、规范1.建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ592011);2.施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ462005);3.建设工程施工现场供用电安全规范(GB50194-93);4.建筑机械使用安全技术规范(JGJ33-2001)。第二节 编制原则1.认真贯彻党和国家对基本建设的各项方针政策,严格执行基本建设程序。2.根据工程承包合同的要求,以确保履约为前提,结合工程及施工力量的实际情况,作好施工部署和施工方案的选定。3.统筹全局,组织好施工协作,积极主动与拆迁单位配合,提供方便,配合管路拆迁。4.合理安排施工顺序,组织好平行流水及主要工作交叉作业。5.质量第一,确保安全,对重点和关键部位的质量及安全制定有效措施。6.积极采用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,提高劳动生产率。7.科学地安排好人力、物力的综合平衡调配,作好季节性施工安排,力争全年均衡生产。8.制定环保、环卫措施,减少环境污染和扰民,做好文明施工。第二章 施工现场临时用电设计一、施工条件1.本工程场地平整基本完成,施工用水用电满足施工要求。2.根据场地所处地区的地理位置,该地区交通便利,建筑物质资料完全,生活物质资料丰富;三大材的来源从材料质量和供应能力均能满足要求。3.气候条件较差,冬季雨雪天气施工较多。二、建设规模概况1.凤冈县龙祥房地产开发公司建设的凤冈.嶺秀郡工程,位于凤冈县龙泉镇田坝村。计划建成6栋高层住宅楼、一栋商业楼及地下车库等。总用地面积25143m2,总建筑面积.68 m2(包括:地下车库建筑面积19355.74m2、地上建筑面积m2 ,其中居住面积.6 m2、配套用房684 m2、公建5319.3 m2、其他126.38 m2,停车位691个,(其中地下523个),建筑密度:25.1,容积率:5,绿地率:40.52。各单位工程建设概况详下各单位工程综合技术经济指标项 m2(包括:地上建筑面积m2 ,地下建筑面积m2),停车位691个,(其中地下523个),建筑密度:15.06,容积率:0.51,绿地率:40.52。(3)在施工现场布置6台QTZ-63塔吊,6台施工电梯,共布置个1砼搅拌场,6个砂浆搅拌场;设置6个钢筋制作房、6个木工加工房,共设8个二级配电箱;每一楼栋设10个二级分箱用于楼层施工,主干线设在变压器旁的总配电房设一个总配电柜;配电柜下设1#-8#配电箱,方便供1#-6#楼及7#箱(办公生活区)、8#箱(砼集中搅拌场); 型三相电力变压器,它的容量为400.00kVA329.14kVA×1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kV同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。4、选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关(1)选择导线截面: i) 按安全载流量: 上面已经计算出总计算电流Ijs = 500.09A ii) 按允许电压降: S = 1.1×Kx×(PL)/CU = 1.1 ×0.90×9470.80/(77.00×5.00) = 24.35mm2 iii) 根据前面两条: 电缆线空气明敷,铜芯交联聚乙烯(铠装)绝缘电缆线YJV3×240+2×120 ,其安全载流量为540A,截面面积240mm2,能够满足使用要求。(2)选择总进线开关:DZ10-600/3 ,其脱扣器整定电流值为Ir = 480A。(3)选择总箱中漏电保护器:ZBM1-800/630
