Secondly, wed better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.,5,First, we should have a balanced diet.Though we may not like eating vegetables, but the vegetables have a lot of nutrition. They are very good for our health. Second, wed better eat regular meals. We need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Because regular meals throughout the day can give us enough energy to carry out our daily activities. Third, we should get away from fast food, for it may cause a lot of disease.,6,At the same time ,we still need to add a lot of other nutrients.For example:,7,Valley class,8,Beans,9,Fruits and vegetables,10,Milk,11,Meat, eggs and aquatic product categories,12,Let me introduce sports and health for you.,13,A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind. As is known, to have a sound mind, we must first have a sound body. This is of vital importance. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life.,14,To keep ourselves fit, physical exercise is the best way. In taking part in out-door sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air. The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health. Besides, sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body. Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion. As a result, we can become strong-bodied.,15,For example, yoga makes you practice the postures, breathe exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up - all at the same time. For many people, thats enough of an answer. But theres more if youre interested.,16,For starters, yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure,chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, stress and other conditions and diseases. Whats more, yoga: Improves muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina;Reduces stress and tension;Boosts self esteem;Improves concentration and creativity;Lowers fat;Improves circulation;Stimulates the immune system;Creates sense of well being and calm.,17,Of course this is just what the surface, in fact, most of the benefits the secondary to the original intention of yoga. In India, yoga is a spiritual practice, continuous improvement for the last 5000 years or so. If you dont believe in enlightenment, spirit and talk about the other? Thats okay, too. Yoga is not discrimination. Even if you dont believe in the spiritual side of life, you can still do yoga. Whether the enlightenment, recuperate, kundalini energy, literal truth, metaphor or myth is irrelevant.
